I don't doubt that they would probably change the rules if it came to that. Pardon him and then they'd vote for him.
While we have time to wait between the 10 indictments being signed by the grand jury (!!) and the details being posted by the clerk (1-3 hours) both CNN and MSNBC have air time to fill.
