I should be taking iron as I'm frequently anemic, but I often forget. I do also have a magnesium supplement I take sporadically, though I'm apparently uncool and picked magnesium taurate rather than glycinate.

Yes.
I take a food-based multi (Rainbow Light), a fish oil*, a 5000iu Vitamin D every other day, and the Hair Growth biotin capsule.
I have low Vitamin D unless I supplement (thanks PNW weather and an office job!), I feel better taking a multi since I might not eat as well as I should, and my hair has thinned considerably with the weight loss I experienced with my GLP-1 injections. Fish oil is for heart health and eye health.
*My eye doctor recently recommended I take the Nordic Naturals 'triglyceride' form of fish oil but it's like $80/mo. Bleh.

I take collagen when I remember and it does seem to help my joints and help my nails grow stronger.
I sometimes take multivitamin gummies and turmeric gummies. Not sure if they help.
I take magnesium citrate for digestion and magnesium glycinate for sleep and I really think both help a lot with constipation, sleep, brain fog and other peri menopause symptoms. I also take epsom salt baths after hard cardio workouts and they relax my muscles well.
Tart cherry juice has benefits similar to melatonin so I take a supplement instead of drinking juice. It is a tincture that I take at night along with magnesium glycinate and another magnesium supplement that includes citrate. I used to wake up around 3 am unable to fall back asleep and this really helped stop that pattern.
What supplement do you take? I was told it takes so much potassium to make a difference that it doesn't fit in capsules, you just have to eat it in foods. But trying to keep coconut water, avocados, and bananas in the house also isn't easy.

It's prescription. Your doctor will need to tell you the dose. After you take it for a few weeks ask you doctor about follow up blood work to check your potassium levels. These things are horse pills, but you can also easily dissolve them in a little bit of water. My cardiologist said that there was no way I could get enough potassium in my diet....but to definitely eat foods high in potassium.

Prescription D (2 a month), daily iron (per my PCP, could be a script, but I just take a daily OTC), 50+ women's multi, a probiotic, & CoQ10 (I take a statin) gummies. I probably need to start taking turmeric.
The daily multi is terrible, I'd like to take a gummy, but all the ones I found are like 3 a day which is 60 calories. I'd rather eat food for 60 calories, so bitter horse pills it is.
ETA: I just realized by reading the whole thread that my exhaustion really started 4-5 years ago w/ the onset of perimenopause and now menopause. Magnesium helps that?

I’m over here wondering how I’m still alive and not taking anything. I’ve dabbled but nothing seems to make a clear difference. I’m not deficient in anything according to blood work and I have no health complaints.
For those of you taking magnesium glycinate, does anyone have links to the specific ones they take? Preferably gummies or gelcaps since I am horrible at taking huge pills.
I take a children’s melatonin with l-theanine. I have a lot of anxiety and the l-theanine is really amazing for that. I am supposed to be taking vitamin D but I forgot until this thread.

This is what I take; there’s a photo of an individual capsule. I don’t know if you would consider it a huge pill or not, but I find it easy to swallow.

I take D3 and Omega 3 Fish Oil (mega dosage) daily. The Fish Oil helps with my high cholesterol and the D3 was helpful during COVID and I live somewhere with very dark, long winters.
