To PR at the Brooklyn half on the 19th. I've really tried to train for this one, so I feel like it might happen, but I'm nervous I'll have to walk some of it!

I guess (in it's simplest form) just to look, feel and be healthier and better. Being able to kill it in a bikini at nearly 37 just as much as you did at 23 is awesome

10K on July 14
I've been stuck at 3.5 miles for a while. I'm going to have a good 3.5 mile run (no walking!) Saturday morning and then shoot for 4 miles a week from then.

To run without pain again. I have had continuous problems with my knee, ankle and hip. All that is left is the hip pain, but it is unbearable to run on. Should make the tri on Sunday tons of fun.
I'm doing a triathlon this weekend, this will be my 5th consecutive race week in a row so after this, I am taking a break.
I was at the gym and the daycare lady told me that she heard I "ran like the wind" and was going to win the triathlon this weekend.
i was like and then, "yeah right!" but now I am kinda thinking, maybe that is my goal. maybe i will try to win. it has a silly short swim so that makes it easier. but you just never know what fast people may show up.
To run a 10K on July 14th. I ran with DH last night and for the first time, did not stop to walk. We ran 3.5 miles and I always run faster with him. I also want to lose these last 2lbs to hit WW goal!
I have lots of goals! I am currently trying to lose the last 11 pounds of baby weight. I am also hoping to do a Tough Mudder in October, and I want to be able to do 5 unassisted pullups by the end of the year.

Run a half marathon in August. I've run several before, but I took about 8-9 months off from running last year and just started running again in March.

I joined weight watchers and downloaded the couch 2 5k app so my goals are to start/finish c25k and lose about 30 more pounds! I've lost about 9 pounds with weight watchers and am ready to being more active and get in better shape.

A half next month and then two sprint tris later this summer, I just got my first road bike with clipless pedals and my goal for that is to not break any bones while learning
