My goal is to start working out again consistently. My issue has been that I like to work out in the morning before work, but it seems like my son wakes up and wants to eat just a few minutes before I plan to get up and ends up nursing for about half an hour so my window of opportunity is shot. I need to figure out a good time to fit it in.

I've recovering from a knee injury, so my only goal right now is to recovery completely so I can start pushing myself with running and weightlifting again, and then, longer term, train for a sprint tri.

Drop 30 pounds and complete a 25 mile LD ride on my horse that I'm training for endurance rides - eventually want to work up to 50s. One of my bucket list goals is to one day ride (and complete!) Tevis.

My short-term goal is to get under 200lbs (only 18.6 lbs to go!) - preferably by my b-day at the end of June, but I won't die if I don't get there before my b-day.
Longer-term weight loss goal is to lose 60-70 more pounds, so that I'm comfortably in the normal BMI range.
I also want to get back to running after taking off since my last 5K mid-April due to knee problems. I'd like to be able to train again and get a PR in a TBD 5k this summer. Then I want to start training for a 10k and so on...
I have been doing this for 3 month's now and have been taking weely pic's and really see a different I can see some muscle showing thru!! My diet had been ok not great.
To be able while on vacation as much as possible stick to eating right.

On Jan 1, I decided I was going to lose 25 lbs this year. Only that wasn't counting the 14 I put on Nov-Mar finishing my thesis (graduation is Thursday!), and now I want to lose 32.5
My next race is '4 on the 4th' - a 4-miler on the 4th of July. I'll try to find another later this month or in June, but for now, I'm happy just to be getting back to where I was before I put it aside to finish up the nuisance doctorate.
My goal is a 26 minute 5K by the end of the year. I did a lot of long running last year, but had so much fun doing a dinky 8k back in March that I decided to stay short and have fun trying to go fast this year. My post-kids PR is a 28:07. (I don't think I will ever see 21's again, so I am ignoring my real PR).
Right now I need to lose 8 pounds. I gained it after I stopped working out after my half back in February. I know. I knew it would happen but my knee needed a break.

To run a sub-4 hour marathon. This just means getting serious about training - with my half times it's certainly an attainable goal, I just need to work on my mileage to finally see a number that starts with a 3!
I literally just started running today to hopefully train for a 5K in Sept. Two weeks before my wedding! I'm not a runner but have always wanted to try it. Plus this board gives me motivation!
My current specific goals are: lose 25 lbs/get back to my ideal weight and do a real, unsupported, unassisted headstand.
I have been eating indiscriminately lately and it's so bad. It's totally catching up to me but I feel like I can't stop - it's so weird. I feel "snacky" allllll the time. Ugh.
