Well, after everyone flamed her she came back to post that since he proposed at her wedding (who the hell ARE THESE PEOPLE? WHERE ARE THE MANNERS?), she could be vindictive and steal his thunder. Mmmhm.

There was also someone else a few weeks ago who was going to tell her family she was pregnant during her sister's wedding. Honestly. People are so rude.

It will be me and my mom. DH is not interested in being a part of this, and I am fine with that - heck, if I had a choice I wouldn't be in their either!

My mom will be coming to my prenatal classes with me when possible, or I will be going alone. I tried to convince DH that he should come to the classes that are specifically about after the baby is born, but again, not interested (and like most boys, when they are not interested, there is no point having them around because they will prove to be more of a disruption than helpful).

Umm... what? Okay, he wants to be a 50s style dad and wait out in the waiting room for the baby to be born, fine. But not taking newborn classes with her? Did she marry a man, or a 5 year old who won't do a single thing he doesn't want to do?

Yeah, this. What's he going to be like with baby poop? Or puke? Or if the kid ever gets hurt? Is he going to wimp out and make his wife take care of all that stuff? Being a parent means you need to step up and be an adult.
