I lost .4 pounds this week. Which I will take, because I had pizza followed by panang crispy noodles this weekend
But even just losing that .4 has inspired me to do better this week - my weight has been creeping up and up, and it's been a while since it's gone down. So, yay.
Down 3, I think I let too much dairy and wheat sneak back in late in the week. I am super proud that I actually worked out at least a little every day.

I gained 2 pounds this week.
I decided yesterday to make some changes to my diet plan. I don't think I'm ready to go "whole foods" yet. I plan it but then by Thursday I'm dying for some fast food. Now I'm just going to keep working out and keeping a calorie budget. I plan to have a loss for next week's weigh in!

I'm always going to be late to the party since DD has gymnastics in the evening so my Monday workouts are right before. If this thread isn't active after I weigh myself I'll PM you.

Ok, what?? After staying the same all week I'm up 4 pounds this morning. I'm blaming my period starting yesterday! I also didn't watch calories as closely over the weekend or do anything more strenuous than shopping. I think I need to be more disciplined on the weekends. I'll do better next week!

My period can make my gain 5lbs just in water but after it is over and I weigh myself again, I usually get a fairly decent loss.

My weight can go up 3kgs when on my period, so I wouldn't worry!
I also have a hard time being good at the weekend. I've decided to compensate by at least going for a long walk with H instead of not moving at all.
