I have no idea where I stand. I'm trying to survive without the scale, but every time there is a weigh in post I get incredibly curious and want to know where I stand. So I may be going out to buy a scale, like maybe tonight, lol. I just don't want to become obsessed with it like I know I'm prone to.
I did well all week long, exercised every day, ate pretty well, drank loads of water. Then came the weekend....lol. I fell about halfway off the wagon. I won't say the weekend was a complete disaster, because I did reign in my eating big time compared to what I'm used to, but it wasn't exactly a win either. I can hold it together completely during the week, but come the weekend I begin to have trouble. We eat out once or twice on the weekends, so that throws me for a loop. I have to work on that for sure.
Lost 1 lb. I'm happy considering I had all the bad things at the game on Saturday. Mini doughnuts, nachos, pizza, hot dogs and chocolate? Sure!! Lol. I gave no fucks yesterday as it was day 1 of my period and had cramps only brownies and ice cream could comfort. I did really well all last week so I know I can do it this week again but not blow it all 2 days before weigh in.

I lost 9 I think. This demonstrates how horribly shitty I was eating in the days leading up to last Monday. A lot of it was water weight. I kicked ass and took names with Whole 30(ish), including eating out with girlfriends. Workouts were intense, but I needed that.
Beyond the weight loss, gluten and dairy make me feel like crap. Why do I go back to them? Within 3 days I stopped having horrible stomach pain all day.
I'm so thankful to be back on the weight loss wagon.
I started the 5:2 diet last week and I did fantastic.....and then this weekend happened. And then I forgot to weigh myself as soon as I woke up, so I had to weigh myself after I drank some water. Sigh.

Scale says down 5 this morning, but I was so sick yesterday I think that is artificially high on the loss. So I expect to be pretty even for next week?
I lost two pounds this week. I did pretty well, but it was my birthday yesterday so we overindulged a bit. This week I need to make sure I drink more water!
