"Why would you ruin perfectly good peanuts by adding candy corn? That's like saying hey, I have these awesome nachos, guess I better add some dryer lint." - Nonny
Do you like egg salad? I wouldn't stress about eating too many eggs, but I can only eat so many plain hard-boiled eggs. I love egg salad though, so I would chop up a bunch of them and eat spoonfuls of egg salad.
I bought the egglands best peeled and boiled in a bag a few times. It was weird, there was like no egg flavor (which might be a good thing) and the whites were a bit harder. But other than that, not too bad. I would probably try to eat at least three a day for that many. Maybe egg salad sandwiches? I mostly put them chopped up in salads. I am a Cobb salad addict.
A sprinkle of salt and pepper will help them go down the hatch! I'd probably try to eat 3-4 eggs/day and take out the yellow part of 1-2 of them. There are fewer calories if you take the yellow out.

The yolk is where all the nutrients are. The whites provide most of the protein, but you're not getting much nutrition from them.
Add eggs to pot of water with a little baking soda, make sure water covers eggs, bring to boil for 1-2 minutes, put a lid over it, and turn the stove off and let them sit 11 minutes to whenever you remember you have eggs on the stove.
If you keep them in the fridge with the shells on, they last a bit longer than peeled eggs.

It's not the peeling. It's the boiling and fretting they are over or under done.
And, they were the same price as buying 2 dozen - except the work was done and they last a month.
