Wow, that has to be one of the hardest decisions to make, especially with such little notice. I hope your meeting with the Doctors goes well and you find some clarity. I'm sure the MM Moms board could also start sending you some baby stuff if you decide to adopt.
If you do decide to keep her use your village (including gbcn) to help you get all of the stuff together. I bet if you posted a FB post and an amazon wish list for here you would have stuff asap. People really do love to help.

I went and visited her and talked to the doctors.
They are concerned about Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, of course. She scored a six on the 5 minute Apgar. A 3 on the 1 minute. She is jaundice, which is the main reason for being in the NICU. She has a feeding tube right now as well. She wouldn't take a bottle. She couldn't suck properly. They are hoping to remove the feeding tube tonight. I thought a feeding tube was strange for only a few days.. Is that common?
She was born 5 days ago. Apparently it took that long for the information to get passed along the proper channels.
She is so tiny, guys. We got to hold her. The nurses say she hates being held, and will scream the entire time... But she was completely content in our arms.. And cried when I put her down.
We are going to take her.
They are giving us a stipend to pick up the stuff we will need. Crib/clothes/car seat.
