I'm so glad I don't have to take public transportation because I'd barf everywhere.
When I was pregnant everything made me barf but the subway wasn't so bad. I would choose subway over cab every time.
Oh god, NYC cabs KILLED me in first tri. Once I had to get out and walk a half hour back to my hotel in uncomfortable heels because I literally couldn't handle one more second. I don't understand the strategy of going really really fast and then slamming on the brakes at every red light. You can see the light is red, why are you speeding up to it??

My husband uses this strategy. I refuse to ride with him unless I absolutely have to. IT'S NOT A BRAKE FUNCTIONALITY COMPETITION.

Ughhhhh and then sometimes the driver would be wearing a strong cologne... I'm having flashbacks. ::shudder::

Even when not pregnant, NYC cabs made me want to barf.
I also love public transportation. Or walking. I have a car now that we live in Chicago, but I avoid driving as much as possible. My first question is always: "can I walk there?" Then "does the train go there?"
I wish I still had a tough stomach. I eat Tums so much now. I bought a bigger thing of them because I thought I was running out too fast at home... then I got home and realized I already had the huge thing of them, and I was just going through them fast!
I hate public transportation. It's one of the reasons we left the city. 09.11, the blackout and being around too many crazies with meat cleavers started giving me panic attacks on the train.
I tried a jelly donut from DD recently for the first time in ages, it was so gross! My teeth hurt from the extreme sweetness and I felt just plain yucky for a while afterwards.
I hate powdered donut. It's too messy. Glazed all the way.
Did you guys know at DD you can say "25 munchkins, no powder" and they'll give you that? Like that is a thing people do all the time. I heard someone in line in front of me do it once and now I always do! I would've never thought of it. They already have them pre-packed.

I wish I could utilize public transportation. I love our light rail, but its first stop that did be able to get on is right in front of my work, sooo I have no reason to get on it. Unless we want to take a trip to uptown for the children's library or bars or events.
I miss my 7min commute. This 45min bumper to bumper shit is for the birds.
I think the bacon craze has jumped the shark. I don't want maple bacon anything anymore. I saw an IG picture of a bowl of bacon as a bar snack and people were like "best bar snack ever!!" Uhm, no. That is actually a terrible and non-cost efficient bar snack.

I hope you're right because I love pigs so much and the "yay bacon!" fad has made me so sad. I know bacon tastes good, I remember liking it, but when it gets to the point of selling "I (heart) bacon" t-shirts I just want to cry.
Steel stomach, checking in. I LOVE chocolate cake donuts with chocolate glaze. There can never be too much chocolate. Call me crazy, but I like driving to work. I like being in control. It also helps that I'm not in a huge city.
My UO: Johnny Manziel is the biggest tool in the shed and I'm really happy that he won't be the Brown's starting QB (at least for the first game of the season).
I love public transportation. I wish they would build a light rail into Denver, hey probably will but I will probably be dead by the time it is complete. One reason we travel Europe so much us so we can use 100% public transportation when traveling.

This is probably not unpopular. Pamela Anderson refused the ice bucket challenge, but instead urged ALS researches to stop testing on animals. Then rehashed some stats that probably came from stupid PETA about how most drug trials that pass the animal testing stage fail the human testing stage so we should use computer models instead of animals before the human trials.
Fuck you Pamela Anderson. Animal testing for really terrible diseases is NOT THE SAME as animal testing deoderants that make our armpits more attractive.
