There is a subway in Toronto, but I've only ever taken the go train...it's a train that goes from the city to the suburbs...it's expensive, I've used it for going to the city with my sister and going to china town and concerts and such...there are no creepy ppl on it, it's pretty clean and nice.
You clearly have never taken it home after a sporting event. Lots of weirdos then.
I love love love the Go Train. With all of the construction that's going on in Toronto as the cost and hassle of parking downtown, I pick the train every time.
So this might actually be a UO, but I don't like it when people sell things on Facebook. I think 30% of my feed is sale stuff.
I agree. I have lots of UO's about "Beachbody".
Say what you will. The programs work. I know its not for everyone. You have expressed your opinion about home workouts before.
There are alot of Probies who have been SUPER successful with these programs and have lost SO MUCH WEIGHT. Just becuase its not right for YOU, doesnt mean that its not right for others.

How are the users supposed to maintain the weight loss? Are you supposed to buy the shakes forever? How is Beachbody any different than Advocare, Vi shakes, or Herbalife?
I don't mean to speak for dixeedeluxe but I think she was referring to the name Beachbody, and how that presumes that there is an "ideal beach body".
Steel stomach, checking in. I LOVE chocolate cake donuts with chocolate glaze. There can never be too much chocolate. Call me crazy, but I like driving to work. I like being in control. It also helps that I'm not in a huge city.
My UO: Johnny Manziel is the biggest tool in the shed and I'm really happy that he won't be the Brown's starting QB (at least for the first game of the season).
I just want the Brown's to have a good season. They always have a way of ruining new QB's. But I agree, he's a tool!

People lose weight and do the programs without the shakes. You don't need to buy the shakes to be successful at it. In fact, many don't buy the shakes and lose lots of weight.
You maintain the weight loss just like any other person would, continue to stay active, workout, eat right.

I resent the term "beachbody" ever as it implies you need to have a certian body type to be on the beach. But I've expressed my opinion on that here before.

Take body. Put on beach. Boom! You have a beach body.
I get that BeachBody is sometimes annoying with the way we have to market it. Block us if you wish. I try not to post too much about it.
Network marketing is a HUGE business. I hope to quit my job and do this FT before M is in kindergarten.
Dixxe, with your specifically calling out BB you had to know that you would be hurting not only mine, but SO MANY probies feelings.
If it was my business, you bet your butts that I'd market it on FB, haha! And you're right that it's also very easy to hide. I don't have you hidden because you don't JUST post BB things and I want to see kiddo pics/updates so I just scroll past the BB things.
I also know that YOU didn't come up with the term "beachbody". I just really cannot stand what that represents. I also hate weight watchers. And the entire diet industry in general. It doesn't mean I don't like the individuals.

OMG thank you for clearing that up! I was like seriously upset about it becuase i thought you were calling out the programs and the actual business. LOL
Yea, to be honest, im not a fan of the actual business name either.

I will preface this by saying I do not have favebook.
I have done several beachbody programs and although the name may imply shallow intentions the programs really are not that way. The focus is on setting goals for strength and fitness. They never talk about having an ideal "beachbody" it is more about pushing yourself to be the best you can be. Many of the developers and success stories are people that overcame huge obstacles to be strong for themselves and their families. I am fairly convinced that without the structure and motivational nature of a beachbody program I may not have been able to lose enough weight to concieve A. everyone needs something different from a fitness program, I found success with beachbody and hot yoga when my knees were too wrecked to run anymore. rubber pants I heart you

this implies best=skinny, and i do not agree with that
again, i don't think physical activity is terrible. i just don't agree with messages that you need to be thin in order to have worth.

I should add that before pregnancy I loved bacon. But it was one of my aversions and even after having her I couldn't shake it. I try it every now and again and spit it out. Sad.
