I sort of feel like this woman thinks she hired herself Alice from the Brady Bunch and doesn't realize what a nanny actually does. So totally team you.
She is delusional. That's more cleaning than most do in a week. Even if you did sign up for moderate to heavy cleaning, that's impossible to accomplish with kids around. You don't get paid enough, you don't have enough hours in the day, and she has more entitlement than anyone I've come across lately.
Also, I would NEVER expect a nanny to put away/wash/iron/handle my clothes at all. Kids stuff, sure. I don't need anyone seeing my skivvies, thankyouverymuch.
It sounds like she's getting a daily housekeep AND nanny for $15/hr. Pretty sweet deal. *eyeroll*
If I were you, I'd start looking for other nanny jobs. My mom is a full time nanny and doesn't do half of that. She's had good luck with finding work on Care.com. Best of luck.
Just in case we thought it was a house checklist and not made specifically for me. I'll update on what happens.
Oh, yeah - "what we would like done" pretty much means "by you." "Use as a reminder checklist" almost sounds like she expected you to be doing this stuff already. The hell?

And what does "(just until it is needed)" mean?
Until she gets into the habit of doing ALL THAT SHIT every day, so that the mom doesn't have to spend her precious time printing it out for her each week.
I have worked as a nanny for this type of employer. Twice! One had me write a minute by minute log of my day and what I got done so she could be sure I was keeping busy and not having ANY downtime. She actually said to me, "if you have time to sit down and eat lunch I am not thinking of enough for you to do." (Kids were in school part of the day)
So as someone who suffered in this type of position RUN. You will never, ever please her. It will never be enough and as a final insult you will never be able to use her as a reference because she is too crazy and nothing you did was good enough.
My worst nanny job was eight years ago and I still look over my shoulder for that bitch around town.

This is pretty much what I was saying with the very important insight about using her as a reference. I really do think it's best to just cut your losses
