When I was an IF patient, early, like 7 weeks? Maybe earlier.
Spontaneous, non-high risk pregnancy, 12 weeks. It was a LONG wait.
edit: that was for U/S…I was a patient of the IF clinic til 12 weeks, say the OB at 15 weeks. This time, I am seeing the OB for the first time today…I will be 26 weeks on Friday!!!

7w. That was standard and when they did the first ultrasound at my office. Because I had a previous mc, they also did an ultrasound right around 10 weeks.
Both times it has been 8 weeks. They bill it as a "dating ultrasound" which is silly for me because I SAW THE EMBRYO ENTER MY UTERUS but whatever, free ultrasound. Then between 11 and 13 weeks for the NT scan and 19-21 weeks for the anatomy scan. Bonus for me is the special heart scan I get to do too. Then nothing until the end of the third trimester I think.
At 8 weeks and we did a dating ultrasound. I've heard those are not happening anymore so the NT scan is the 1st u/s if you elect to do it. If not, the anatomy scan is the only scheduled u/s now.

1st: (OB) visit at 6 weeks, but I think it was actually my annual. First u/s at 9 weeks. 2nd: (OB) betas in week 4, first u/s at 6 weeks 3rd: (RE) betas in week 5, first u/s at 6 weeks
I went in at 8w for #1. Standard u/s at 20 weeks. No others offered, especially since I was sure on my dates.
For #2 I talked with my CNM and asked if I could skip the 8w and just go in at 12w for my first one. She was fine with that. Once again, standard u/s at 20 weeks.
8.5 weeks. They said anywhere from 8-10 for first appointments at my practice. They then sent me for a dating US only because I told them I ovulated late and had longer cycles. Otherwise I wouldn't have had one til the NT scan.

My practice usually sees you between 7-10 weeks. I was seen at 8 weeks for number 2 and 9 weeks for dd. it is standard to have an internal dating u/s. I love that about my practice! No worrying about hearing the heartbeat and you get to see the baby
My GP confirmed pregnancy at 5.5 or 6 weeks. They tested my progesterone which was very low due to spotting. OB saw me a couple days later. Sonogram at 6-7 weeks (dates didn't all match up.)
A dating sonogram and first visit is standard at my OB between 6 and 8 weeks anyway though.
I didn't see my OB until around 8.5 weeks and had a dating u/s with the dildocam at that time. A week prior I'd had the "here's what to expect over the next 9 months, lets go over your medical history again, and hey can you pee in a cup and let us take a bunch of blood" appointment with a nurse though.

6wks; they did a pee test, meet the dr, and a ultrasound - the dr has a little pocket ultrasound thing, so he used it to check the sac and for a HB. Then he scheduled me for dating u/s at 9 wks bc he wasn't convinced I was actually 6wks.. i don't know, it made no sense then, and it makes no sense now.
