Yeah, it's nms. I think it's never a good sign when your young and svelte models look dumpy and like they're hurtling towards middle age at breakneck speed.
I like the Amelia dress (the first picture you posted) but I don't like that they aren't returnable. What if it doesn't fit?
I started following some groups on FB but it seemed like such a PITA to actually buy anything. I don't want to stalk someone's page until the post a picture of a dress in my size and a non-fugly pattern and then try to comment *SOLD* on it before anyone else.
It's all incredibly fug. Well the prints are anyway. I don't understand the fervor, especially when you can buy similar stuff at actual stores where you can do returns.
I actually am wearing one of the skirts right now. I have a pair of the plain black leggings. I can't get on board with the colors. And I have a handful of dresses. I actually quite like them, but I'm not buying everything my co-worker has. Some people are now doing the equivalent of a "Stitch Fix" thing with it, and that's just too much. I can't buy that many clothes.

I think most of the cuts are horribly unflattering. It doesn't matter if you're tiny tiny, wearing pleats all around starting right underneath your bust will make you look pregnant. I also think some people are wearing the skirts way too high on the waist.
I went back through my post history to pull some of my OOTD posts where I'm wearing LLR. I don't think it's frumpy. I'm not going nuts and buying everything, but I enjoy the few pieces I have. However, I don't want to go to your damn party. And now the person I buy from is saying how she wants people to "join her team," making clear this is just another pyramid scheme.
Nevermind, I've gone through like 10 pages and that's the only one I've found. I need to do some work, so I'm done looking for now.
This reminds me that on the Fbook page for the girl I buy from, people were going APESHIT for these "Halloween print" leggings. Holy fuck were they ugly. I am SHOCKED at the shit people buy IMMEDIATELY after she posts it.
Oh and I once tried on one of the maxi dresses. It had sleeves. I looked like a sister wife.

I was excited at first because they actually sell plus sizes which there just aren't nearly enough options out there.
But after following a couple of FB groups, the patterns are so, so bad. And don't wear leggings.
I did order one of the pencil skirts that is just a simple mustard and yellow stripe. We'll see if it's cute or not. I like the longer lengths fine. My legs were not attractive when I was a size 8, and let's just say the situation has continued to decline.
I do like some of the baseball style tops, but I already got 2 at Torrid the other day, so I'm good.
