BF's birthday is coming up and he is SO hard to shop for because he just buys himself whatever he wants. He likes to cook and has a bunch of nice cooking stuff, but maybe there's something he doesn't have because it's really unique and he doesn't even know he wants it! So what is your favorite, random kitchen item?
By far, the best garlic press is by Rosle. All the other gimicky tools do not work. I love my adjustable measuring cups and teaspoon/tablespoons. I just bought a spiralizer and that's fun. My H really loves his Rosle cheese slicer. If he's a Star Wars fan, they have several Star Wars themed kitchen appliances.
ETA: I bought my H Death Star cube makers for his scotch and he loves them.

the garlic zoom is my favorite too, I love that thing. I have the nessie ladle and it's cute but it's so flimsy it's not very useful, and it's really small

And since for me it's all about baking, I also have two full sets of measuring cups and measuring spoons. Because it sucks if you want to bake and things are dirty.
