wow, i'm glad you were able to make it to the hospital. The NICU will take great care of her. I bet you can't wait til you get to hold her. I'm sending good thoughts to you and your family.

Also, DH's cousin had her son at 31 weeks as well, also completely out of nowhere. He is about 15 months old now and you'd never know he was born so early. He is thriving! DH's cousin credits the fantastic NICU workers for how well her son is doing. I think you might live in the same area she does so if it's the same hospital, she's definitely in great hands!

Congratulations! I'm sorry you had such a scary experience. I hope her NICU stay is uneventful. There are several NICU moms on here who can give you advice when you are ready.
I'm so sorry for the suddenness of your labor. That sounds so scary. Congratulations on your baby - please keep us updated. I'll be thinking of you both.
