My DH is the worst person on the planet to shop for. And I end up giving all my ideas away to other people who don’t know what to get him (not next year!). I literally have only gotten him a shirt and stocking stuffers.
A nice waffle maker (so he can make them for me-- jk he is obsessed with waffles and we have a crappy waffle maker now), a drone he's wanted for 2 years, and Superman gear (another thing he's obsessed with).
ETA: I stopped giving away ideas for him a few years ago, or at least kept the best for myself. We went on a trip to Chicago and he found these great soccer cleats at the Under Armour store. I mentioned it to my mom and she stole that idea out from under me. No more!
I always end up getting him things he needs because he never spends money on himself. It's boring but it works. This year so far I am getting him boots, some clothes, and some pjs. I'm not sure what else to get him.

So. What are you getting your DH?
This is what I said when I saw the title of the post. Actually, my dad is the worst, but my husband is close.
So far, I have gotten him things that I don't really consider Christmas gifts, more like just stuff that he could use that he would normally just buy, but I'm going to wrap it and say Merry Christmas:
shoes under shirts a travel coffee mug books a picture he wanted teeth whitener boot polish
Pretty much sucky stuff. I feel bad and hope I can come up with one good thing before Christmas.
Oh, I forgot. I did get him some decent wireless headphones. That's a pretty decent gift, so nevermind my rant above.
We're just doing stockings for each other this year but his birthday is Saturday and I got him a travel bag, toiletry bag, travel umbrella, travel pillow and blanket, and dress socks- his new position at work requires some travel.
We aren’t doing Christmas gifts, but as a wedding present I got him a nice pocket knife (he’s really into them) and a clip for it engraved with the coordinates of the church where we’re getting married.
Another idea I might use for his February birthday is a pellet grill.
My H is SOOOO hard to shop for as well. I got him several records (he plays his record player in his office every day so I know he'll love that), a nice bottle of scotch, scotch glasses, a "world's greatest dad" mug with artwork on it by David (his school goes through a website that makes it easy to order artwork gifts). That's it for now. I'm kind of stumped on the rest.
We set a limit for each other, so he's getting a new pair of sneakers and I'll fill his stocking. I usually do toiletries and gear he needs for umpiring.

He bought himself a video game that is getting wrapped. I also got him some undershirts, little travel pill containers because he keeps losing the one he has, a coffee grinder and some coffee beans. He also bought some candy when gift shopping with the girls so I took that and labeled it “to: DH from: DH” to go into his stocking,
Lol I think that’s about all I will do plus a few more snacks for his stocking.

I got him underarmour underwear, shave brush, belt and I’m going to get him some shave soap and a dish. He is difficult since he buys whatever he wants all the time. I hope he doesn’t buy these items himself over the next two weeks.
Pretty sure I'll put that ball spray powder in his stocking. Romantic!! Also mini bourbon bottles, dark chocolate, lottery tickets. I started a thread on stocking stuffers and that gave me a lot of good ideas. I haven't bought any of them for H yet.
He's been talking about wanting a nice vest for literally years, and he just found one at North Face that he loves, so I think I'm going to get him that. Maybe also a new guitar strap - he's mentioned wanting a nice leather padded one.
Ceasar glasses, hot pepper bitters (local small business), and pickled asparagus (another local small business) Tie clip from Thinkgeek (star wars themed) Kobo ereader (he's been using amazon kindle, so I reformatted the books he has on there so he can read them in the kobo, charged it and loaded it so it's good to go on Christmas) A portable battery from Shutterfly with pictures of the kids on it.

We are just doing stocking stuffers this year. I got him a knife sharpener and a poster of the LEGO patent from Etsy. I figure he can hang that in his home office. I’ll probably throw in a framed photo of DD for his desk at work.

I told DH if any boxes come through that I know aren’t Christmas presents, I’m swiping and wrapping them. 😈. He is supposed to be on a buying freeze right now.
Is this, like, a guy thing? Both my husband and my dad are so difficult to shop for. I feel bad, because every year, my dad either gets goodies from Krema Nut Company (a local company he used to work for when I was in pre-school, and which makes awesome peanut butter, snack mixes, and roasted nuts, among other treats) or a gift card to some restaurant or another. I feel very unoriginal, but I've given up on being creative.
As for DH, so far I've only gotten him a big oven safe pan, which he's talked about wanting for a while. And I plan to get him a back scratcher. Other than that, I don't know what else I'm getting him. Probably some random stocking stuffer-type items, like candies he likes or something.
Hopefully a nice guayabera if I can find one in time. He needs a new pair of boots but will have to pick them out himself. He also bought himself a new bow and every possible bow hunting accessory this past fall so I don't think he needs much under the tree.
Kind of boring, we're on a $ limit this year. A t-shirt with a DC-10 plane on it (his fave plane lol), a t-shirt of Mt. Rainier National Park, a new rashguard, a new jigsaw puzzle, and our traditional christmas eve pajamas. I'll probably get a few small things for his stocking, too.
I'm getting him some beard balm (although he literally just shaved for the first time in months, but it will grow back quickly), I got him a tempur-pedic pillow, and I had him make a list of graphic novels he wants. I'll also get him a couple of work shirts. His birthday was just on the 28th, so it's hard to think of enough things for each date.
A chainsaw (is this a step up from a ratchet set?) This is a request I think he is actually ordering it.
I ordered him a pair of shoes, CAH saves America for his stocking, new PJ pants, some fun socks, and I still have to stop by the dive shop to pick up some dive gear.

We’re are each doing a DNA test as our gifts to each other. I’ll probably get him a work shirt, some bourbon, and a few dumb trinkets for his stocking. If I had the budget, I’d get an automatic starter for his car but I have maybe $75 for a budget so it will wait.
So far, I have a sweatshirt for his favorite hockey team, a pair of socks with avocados on them, and some candy from the UK for his stocking. I have no idea what else to get him. I have considered skipping gifts this year, but we're having a super low key Christmas with just the 2 of us and I want to do SOMETHING special. But he's so hard to shop for. He doesn't really need or want anything!
Man I LOVE buying gifts for DH and think I am so good at it, lol. I try to really surprise him and make note of things he is excited about throughout the year that he would never expect me to get.
This year he is getting a remote car starter because his truck is too long to fit in our garage.

Here is what I have for DH:
Two cans of beard balm that he likes A nice sweatshirt Two funny tshirts from SnorgTees A Hydroflask coffee mug Some macadamia chocolates (his favorite) Socket set
I had a really cool thermometer/meat reader for his smoker but he found it. Jerk!
I ended up getting him tickets to go see Weird Al. We saw him a long time ago and it was an enjoyable show. Tickets were cheap. I'll probably also get a teeshirt he's been eyeing. Our limit for each other is $100.
