You cheated on your husband and things went downhill from there.
I normally stay far away from trolls *cough cough, I mean you* but things didn't go downhill until YOU got here. But no worries, your opinion couldn't possibly matter less.

I can't believe I care enough to ask, but what do you think about families whose children have "chosen" to be gay despite their best efforts to "teach them right from wrong". You know like, uhh, Meghan McCain for example. Or my uncle's sister, whose parents disowned her when she came out until they needed her and her partner's financial support in their old age. Or my teenage cousin, who refuses to come out to his extremely church-oriented family because he's afraid his father will hurt him, so he's biding his time until he's 18.
Good lord, I guess I picked the wrong (or perhaps the right?) night to be offline. WTF happened?
So everyone is born straight, but some people choose to be gay just to make their lives more difficult? Iran has it right when it comes to issues of sexuality? And Sophie the Giraffe is appropriate for a child of either gender, but only if you refer to her by a more masculine name if you have a boy? Is that the basic gist?
I think if I were soozy's child I might consider choosing to be gay just to spite my crazy-ass mom.

Wait, Meghan McCain is gay? Like, she's said so? I knew she's in favor of gay rights, but not that she's gay.

I have not heard that Meghan McCain is gay. Maybe she means Mary Cheney, who is definitely out?

Yep that about sums it up.
O wait Cajun got kissed by her crush too. Don't forget about that. (I also miss the first kiss feeling.... It's been a while)
My daughter will not be into princesses or sparkles. I'm going to teach her the right way of things! She will play with trucks and racecars just like I did as a kid. Her dad will teach her to play bass guitar and her grandfather will sign her up for t-ball and soccer. I'm pretty sure she will be a perfectly well adjusted member of society when she grows up.
Huh, how do you know this? And what's so wrong with being into princesses or sparkles? Or is this sarcasm?
I love to be girly (make up, sparkles, heels, etc), but I'm still smart and can hang with the guys on the soccer field. Just because a female is into sparkles and princesses doesn't mean she is dumb and submissive.
Yes, sarcasm. Princesses and sparkles were listed as appropriate "girl" things.
Shit, I'm in trouble my DH is wearing a purple dress shirt and tie today that I picked out for him. What should I do if my DH turns gay because of a shirt I bought him?

As long as he chooses not to act on it, you're golden.
I like Valentine's day. I think it's fun. I mean, I understand the arguments that it's kind of a made up commercialized holiday and you shouldn't need a reminder to make your SO feel loved. But at the same time, who doesn't like an excuse to go out to dinner and get presents? So I don't get all the people who gripe about it. Seems like a grim way to go through life.
I think all the threads going back and forth with Soozy are SO boring. She's obviously a fake. I don't believe that anyone who is *that* limited and archaic would post on here all the time.
