Hi all,

This will be the thread for TTTC-ers who are still actively trying, on hold, half-ass trying, whatever status that isn't pregnant. Please post your info below and I will place it in the OP then delete each reply as it is added. Maybe when an update is needed you can reply to this thread? Or PM me? Either way is fine with me. 

We can be free form about how we put the info but try to include things like how long you've been trying, ages, what testing you've done, any results of that you want to share, what your diagnosis is, what treatment you've done and the outcomes. If you feel comfortable sharing your losses, please do so. If you have any future treatment scheduled, feel free to add that too. Share whatever you feel comfortable sharing, skip what you don't.

I'm 31 and H is 34 (I had to edit this to make H a year older now).

Testing: H is good, I have PCOS and my progesterone levels are consistently terrible. Charts show I ovulate, so it appears I am a weak ovulater..
Treatment history: Tried Clomid once in the summer of 2013. Took a few months off for weight loss.

IUI #1 with 50mg Clomid in June 2014: BFN
IUI#2 with 50mg Clomid + Ovidrel trigger + Pregnitude supplement + progesterone in July 2014: BFP. Beta #1: 36

6/13 - IUI#2 w/100mg Clomid = BFP, betas 14dpiui - 20, 16dpiui - 18. CP confirmed.

Testing, DH: Low counts (1.7M w/ 10% motility, 20M w/ 24% motility and 25% morphology, and 11M)
Diagnosis, Me: Possible low-grade endometriosis
Diagnosis, DH: Bilateral varicocele

Treatment History:
7/13-9/13: Progesterone supplementation after ovulation = BFNs, but cycles normalized
10/13: IVF#1 (12 retrieved and ICSI'd, 8 fert, transferred 1 and froze 3 on day 5) = BFN | (Found out later that DH's sample was 20M w/ 50% motility!)
1/14: FET #1 (1 beautiful 5d blast transferred) = BFN
4/14-5/14: FET #2 (started with cervical dilation and hysteroscopy, added in Lovenox; tried out acupuncture) = BFN, no embryos left

10/14: last minute second opinion caused us to switch doctors and delay our next IVF. Additional testing reveals acceptable DNA fragmentation in DH's sample, and elevated natural killer cells (supporting endometriosis theory) and MTHFR for me. I'm also a carrier for a genetic disorder; luckily DH is not, so no PGD at this point.

1/15: IVF#2 (antagonist protocol with heparin and intralipid infusion); ovulated early and only got four eggs; transferred two beautiful blasts = chemical pregnancy (BFN)

4/15: IVF#3; combo agonist/antagonist protocol, targeting retrieval and transfer around the beginning of May

Diagnosis: unexplained with one large fibroid

2hysteroscopies, April 2012, July 2013, 2 fibroids removed, 3 left, 1 large

Blood work normal except slightly elevated TSH (normal but not ideal for TTC).  Taking 50 mgs Synthroid.
IUI w50 mg Clomid May 2013, BFN.  
Starting treatment with new RE August 2013.

Hmm, I like @fasthand 's age nomenclature so I'll go with the same style.
Me: <30 H: >45
Unprotected sex 3 years.  TTC in earnest 7 months, paying attention to cycles closely for 14 months.
DH: Oligospermia due to testicular failure.  H was on testosterone inj. for years to alleviate the testicular failure symptoms but that decimated sperm count.  We were not informed of this negative side effect upon starting the T supplements.
Me: normal so far
Treatment: IVF #1 in November

9/14/13--IUI #1 with 50 mg Clomid, 1 follicle, Ovidrel trigger--BFN.
10/12/13--IUI #2 with 100 mg Clomid, 2 follicles, Ovidrel trigger, progesterone supplement--BFN.
Treatment with RE:
on metformin since Dec 2013. low glycemic diet (ish, I suck at diets).
2/10/14--IUI #3 with 50 mg Clomid, 2-4 follicles, ovidrel trigger, progesterone supplement--BFN.
5/17/14--IUI#4 with 100 mg Clomid, 1 follicle, ovidrel trigger, progesterone supplement--BFN

Unprotected sex 5 years

DH: has a 13yo daughter from previous marriage so we know he's able to make swimmers; first SA showed low volume, low motility, normal-ish morph; Went in for repeat testing 1 year ago and SA showed 50 total sperm. H started on the fertility blend recommended by uro (everything else checked out) and repeat showed only 5 total sperm. :::sob:::
Me: PCOS; b/w all looked good, good ovarian reserve, slightly elevated thyroid so started taking synthroid along with metformin.
Treatment: saving for IVF with ICSI, losing weight (both of us) to see if that helps with H's sperm count.

Other health issues:
H: He has been having serious migraines for several years that have put him out on disability. Obviously, we weren't actively trying to get PG then. He spent the last 6 months out of work mostly and focusing on figuring out his migraine issue. He was eventually diagnosed with occipital neuralgia, so the migraines were really stemming from a nerve issue in his head. He's much more controlled now and is back at work full time (plus the part time gig he's had since April).

Me: In August of 2010, I was driving from MD to ATL by myself and started vomiting. Like every 30 minutes. So I drove about halfway like this before stopping in NC somewhere. I made it home the next day and spent the next 3 months in and out of he hospital. I was diagnosed with gastroparesis. I finally found an awesome GI doc who had a feeding tube put in me so that my stomach could completely rest. That did the trick and I only had to have the tube in for 2 months or so. Got it out and haven't looked back. I'm able to eat without any issues. So we weren't trying for the year after I was sick. I was too afraid of getting morning sickness and bringing the gastroparesis on again.

TTC since June 2012

Adenomyoma and a small amount of endo removed during laparoscopic surgery, end of August 2013.  TTA for 3 months for healing.

November 2013 - January 2014 - 3 cycles of Clomid + IUI = BFN
March-June 2014 - 3 cycles of Follistim + IUI = BFN

Diagnosed with high FSH and low AMH (DOR).

July 2014: IVF #1.  Antagonist protocol.  8R, 6M, 4F.  3 day transfer of 1 6-cell and 1 8-cell.  BFN. 

Tried on our own for several months and got a couple of second opinions.  Switched REs in December.  

February 2015: Hysteroscopy to remove polyps.  

April 2015: IVF #2.  Microdose lupron flare protocol with follistim (450 iu) and low dose hCG.  6R, 4M, 3F.  None made it to Day 5, no transfer.

May 2015: IVF #3.  Antagonist protocol with estrogen and ganirelix priming. 7R, 4M, 4F.  1 made it to Day 5 and was biopsied and frozen, but was abnormal (only had one chromosome 22).  No transfer.

Fall 2015: moving on to donor eggs.  Officially on waitlist Nov 2015.

Matched March 2016!

Donor IVF April 2016: 29R, 22F, 11 blasts, 11 CCS normal.

Laparoscopy to remove ovarian cyst, adhesions, and endo, June 2016.

FET #1:  Transferred one CCS normal blast Aug 2016. CP

FET #2: Transferred one CCS normal blast Oct 2016..  Added lupron to protocol.  BFP

Treatment History:
TTC in 2008/2009, went to RE after approximately  8 months of trying, IUI #1 was unsuccessful, IUI #2 successful and my daughter was born in December of 2009
Started TTC #2 in March of 2012, returned to RE in June 2012
July 2012: IUI #1> failed
August @012: IUI #2> failed

After failure #2 doctor realized I had uterine polyps which might be interfering so I had hysteroscopy to remove them and lap to straighten out my tubes and remove some endo tissue

October 2012:IUI #3> BFP, but lost PG soon after (C/P at 4 wks)
November 2012: IUI #4 > another C/P, this time at 5 weeks

February 2012: IVF # 1 > failed

Current Situation:
in 2WW of another IUI, will test in mid-August
if this IUI fails we will try one more round of IVF

Meds:
IUIs: Lupron, follistim, ovidrel (all injects)

IVF: Lupron, follistim, menopur, hcg, progesterone (all injects)

We did two rounds of Clomid (50 mg) until I got a new job that is going to relocate me to NCY for a year, so we're no longer actively trying. I guess we'll see what happens in six months when we start trying again.

Tx: 4 cycles of Femara w/TI in early 2012 with OB/GYN=all BFN. 3 cycles Femara, Ovidrel trigger, and TI with RE=all BFN.
Mar. 2013- 1st IUI w/femara and trigger, 1 mil. sperm after wash=BFN
Apr. 2013- 2nd IUI w/femara and trigger, 30 mil sperm after wash= BFP
May 2013- early miscarriage at 5w6d.
Jun & Jul 2013- Mental and financial break.
Aug 2013- Back to same treatment with IUI. Will add progesterone supplements after IUI.

One BFP in Feb 2013, miscarriage around 5 wk 3 days

Testing:  HSG good; SA normal; thyroid/iron/B12 normal; testing shows low FSH (completed this testing in June 2013)

Diagnosis:  The only real issue is the low FSH levels.  I do ovulate, but it is very variable as to when this happens in the cycle and the egg may not be fully developed when I do.  This also seems related to having a short LP, which means I may not be able to sustain a pregnancy even if it implants.

Treatment:  As of early August 2013, the plan is to do up to three medicated IUI cycles (Menopur, then Ovidrel to trigger).

1st IUI on 8/27/2013; BFN
Holding off on additional IUIs at this time due to job reasons.

TTC#1 since 8/2012

Testing: Went to RE in 4/2013 due to long cycles and wonky OPK results, leading me to suspect that I wasn't ovulating on a regular basis.

4/2012 - SA/SHG/HSG/BW/ - everything normal, except I already knew I was hypothyroid and had it under control with meds... on a later ultrasound the nurse noted that I had polycystic ovaries, but not PCOS

Diagnosis: I haven't been told anything official... My RE agreed that I might not ovulate on my own every cycle.

Treatment History:
6/2013 - 100mg Clomid on CD 3-7, then 150mg Clomid on CD 9-13. I had one follicle at 17mm, but Clomid thinned my lining out like crazy and IUI#1 was canceled.
7/2013 - cyst on right ovary from Clomid the previous cycle, IUI#1 canceled again. Got an RX for Femara to fill for the next cycle.

Diagnosis/Treatment: In April I consulted with my ob/gyn but I haven't undergone any testing, so no diagnosis or treatment at this time. At my consult my ob/gyn talked to me about HSG, SA, and Clomid if nothing had happened within 3 cycles; however, H & I have discussed all of the options and we've decided we're going to forgo testing & treatment; if I'm not pregnant by the end of 2013, then that's it, we'll close up shop & be one and done.

IVF #2 2/14 - long Lupron, retrieved 17, 8 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 made it to blast, transferred 1 blast, BFN
FET #1 4/14 - transferred 1 blast, BFN
IVF #3 7/14 - antagonist, freeze all, 19 retrieved, 16 mature, 10 fertilized, 4 day 5 blasts, PGD, 2 chromosomally normal
FET #2 9/14 - transferred 1 blast, BFP, EDD 6/12/2015, Baby Girl born 6/14/15

Started the TTC process 1/2016
Dx: Endometriosis, low AMH (0.5) but okay FSH (7)
RE recommended straight to IVF based on endo, AMH, low chance of IUI success (<5%)
IVF #1 4/16 - "empty follicle syndrome", 1 retrieved, 0 fertilized
IVF #2 5/16 - ovulated early, 3 retrieved, 3 mature, 2 fertilitzed, nothing made it to biopsy/freeze
