Gave birth in '08 and '10. Both have autism.
Regular cycles.

MMC at 10 weeks Nov '12, D&C
MMC at 7 weeks April '14, D&C
Suspected chromosomal abnormality (evidenced by oversized yolk sac). Attempt to test fetal tissue from D&C unsuccessful.

Chromosome testing on me: normal
Hypothyroidism dx in 4th pregnancy, started meds.

OB suspects diminishing egg quality resulting in abnormal fetuses. Suggests RE appt. and possible IVF with PGD.

No insurance coverage for any of that in my state, so thinking it over and saving money. Planning to schedule consultation and tentatively TTC again in September, naturally or with IVF.

DH and I are both 30.

TTC#2 since summer 2012. DD was born 10/2010. Conceived after 6 rounds of Clomid, but really no issues other than that.

Diagnosed with PCOS and hypothyroidism. DH is completely healthy fertility-wise.

Have used every fertility med known to man. One cancelled IUI. IUI/IVF not covered by insurance, so we are trying to avoid it. Especially IUI since insemination has never been the issue.

M/C 4/2014, had a D&C 5/6/2014 at 9w3d. Will be trying again asap.

TTC #2 since 7/2013. First BFP ended in CP, second BFP resulted in an uncomplicated pregnancy.  DS born 8/2012.

My work up thus far has included progesterone, FSH, AMH, prolactin, TSH - all normal.
We have to wait until 12 months of trying before insurance will cover HSG. DH to do SA if we are unsuccessful this month.

PCOS diagnosis in 2001. Married in 2006 and TTA until spring 2013.

Throughout marriage I had difficult cycles, lots of break-through bleeding, even on bcp, etc.

Went off bcp in March 2013 to TTC but had irregular bleeding for months on end. Met with new OBGYN to get control of cycles, December 2013.

Went back on bcp December 2013 and had blood work to confirm anovulation and rule out thyroid issues, ultrasound to rule out structural concerns, and HSC to remove suspected polyps spring 2014.

Cycle 1, post HSC: 50mg clomid days 3-7, TI.

Update: new HSC with tubal cath 11/14 showed no tubal blockages. Blood work shows elevated AMH. Will begin Femara medicated cycle with monitoring and possible Ovidrel trigger and TI in January.

Vasectomy reversal completed in January 2015.  Double vasoepididymostomy needed as no sperm was present in the vas. SA 6 months out shows no sperm.
PESA scheduled in October 2015, IVF/ICSI tentatively planned for November.

Testing 5/2014 (through gyn)- ultrasound shows PCOS-like ovaries with multiple follicles and 'string of pearls', AMH 10.6, testosteron elevated
Preliminary diagnosis: PCOS. Referred to RE for further testing and treatment

Testing 9/2014 (RE) - thyroid and prolactin normal, HSS tubes clear, SA excellent!
Diagnosis: PCOS

Treatment History:
7/2014 - Clomid 50 mg = no ovulation
8/2014 - 2/2015 6 cycles of Clomid 100 mg, one AO, 5 ovulatory cycles and one BFP that ended up being a CP / early m/c

3/2015 - back to the RE, he recommends moving on to IVF.

5/2015 - IVF#1 cancelled after four days of stims due to lead follicle/cyst? No more stims, Ovidrel trigger and converted to just a TI cycle. BFN

Forced break during the Summer as the clinic is closed.

8-9/2015 Attempt #2 for IVF #1 - antagonist protocol with Gonal-F and Ganirelix. Stimmed for 11 days. Lupron trigger and freeze all due to high risk OHSS. 27 eggs retrieved, 21 fertilized, 11 frozen blastocysts.

FET Nov 23 - BFP!!! I'm due Aug 9 2016

February 2014 - natural m/c at 7w0d
2014 - HSG showed hydrosalpinx in Right tube, AMH came back at 12.8, Testosterone - normal, DH's SA - normal. 2 cycles of blood work showed irregular/missing ovulation
October 2014 - doing ovulation induction with Letrozole and u/s monitoring to see status of Left tube and decide on surgical options
November 2014 - BFP from IUI. 2.5 mg letrozole. U/S at 5.5 weeks showed fluid in uterus. M/C naturally at home.
February 2015 - Right Salpingectomy scheduled for 2/20. Will resume Letrozole for an IUI during first cycle after surgery.
2/2015 - No hydrosalpinx found in surgery. Chromotubation and laproscopic exploring give all reproductive organs a clean bill of health. Changing some of my supplements and increasing Metformin for next IUI.
3/2015 - IUI #2 w/ 2 mature follies BFN
4/2015 - IUI #3 w/ 1 mature follicle & thin lining BFN
5/2015 - IUI #4 w/ 2 mature follies BFP

History:
Stage IV endo diagnosed 11/2004 via lap
- large (bigger than a grapefruit) ovarian endometrioma removed
- Bowel involvement leading to perforation and emergency laparotomy to repair

PCOS
- primary care Dx PCOS in 12/2013 due to high insulin following 2 hour OGTT (fasting insulin and all glucose normal)
- OB confirms PCOS
- normal cycle 29-31 days; 1 anovulatory cycle (Aug 2014)
- RE does not think I have PCOS, but AMH is 13.2 so some speculation of something
- 10/2014: AFC 38

Testing:
- SA great
- HSG clear, some scar tissue on right tube
- elevated prolactin, MRI clear
- elevated testosterone
- AMH 13.2
- AFC 38
- FSH 6.9
- everything else normal

Plan:
- RE gave ~10% chance with IUI, ~40% with IVF
- beginning Femara + FSH with IUI October 2014
- plan to move to IVF in January if unsuccessful but may change depending on med response

10/24/2014: began treatment cycle 1; Femara 5 mg CD 3-7; Follistim 75 IU CD7-9; CD10 monitoring showed 4 follicles - 20, 16, 16, and 15 but E2 was 107. Added another night of Follistim 50 IU. E2 on CD11 was 231. Triggered with 10,000 IU Ovidrel on CD11. IUI on CD13 with excellent numbers (finally something went well!). Also did acupuncture on CDs 7, 13 (day of IUI), and CD20. BFN

11/19: IUI #2, same protocol; very different response -- CD10 and 12 monitoring showed 6-7 follicles from 10-13 mm, E2 was 67 then 52; increased to Follistim 100 x 2 and 150 x 2; CD14 monitoring had 3 RO follicles at 19.5, 17, 14.5 and a LO at 12, E2 at 146; continued Follistim 150; triggered with 10,000 IU ovidrel on CD15. IUI on CD17 (SA: 100M post-wash count, 96% motility). Acupuncture on CD7, 17, and 24.

December 2014: final IUI, FSH only. Did not find out any details while cycling. Come to find out I only had 1 follicle.

Switched REs in January 2015

March/April 2015: IVF #1
- started BCPs early Jan 2015 to suppress endo (10 weeks BCPs)
- antagonist protocol
- 3/30: FSH 150 / LH 75 AM x 6 days, acu; 4/4: 12 follicles, E2 58; dose upped to 225 FSH / 225 LH; 4/6: 8 follicles, e2 179, acu; 4/8: 14+ follicles, E2 570, started ganirelix, acu; lupron trigger
- 4/13: ER, went in with 11-14 follicles, 6 retrieved, 5 mature. 3 fertilized with ICSI, 2 did not fertilize via IVF; 2500 HCG booster
- 4/18: ER with acu. Transferred two blasts, 3BB and 1BB. Third embryo arrested at day 3. 2500 HCG booster
- 4/28 beta 227.4 officially pregnant!
- 4/30 beta 640

TTC #1 (and, as it turned out, #2):
All IUIs were with Clomid (100-150 mg, depending on the cycle), Metformin (1500-2000 mg/day), and Ovidrel trigger.
IUI #1 April 2009: BFN
IUI #2 May 2009: BFN
IUI #3 July 2009: BFP (beta #1, 12dpo: 31); B/G twins born March 2010

TTC #3:
IVF consult Dec. 2012 (IVF considered due to only having one vial of twins' donor's sperm left)
More sperm became available in Mar. 2013 (7 vials) and we bought them all; IUI is now a possibility
RE consult June 2014 in preparation for August 2014 start (delayed to end of Sept.); HSG (clear) in Sept. 2014

IUI Cycles (starting in Oct. 2014)
- Cycle 1 (Clomid 100 mg, Met 1000 mg): cancelled because I had 2 mature/nearly mature follicles at last check pre-trigger and we're trying to avoid multiples
- Cycle 2 (Clomid 50 mg, Met 1k mg): no response
- Cycle 3 (Clomid 100 mg, Met 1k mg): IUI #1 Nov. 22; beta scheduled for Dec. 5
   > C-section Scar Pregnancy (CSP), methotrexate late Dec. to resolve/stop increasing betas; benched until Mar. 2015
- SIS to check uterine damage from CSP, cleared to cycle again late Mar. 2015
- Cycle 4 (Clomid 100 mg, Met 1.5k mg): IUI #2 April 13, BFN
- Cycle 5 (Clomid 100 mg, Met 1.5k mg): IUI #3 May 15, BFN
- Cycle 6 (Clomid 100 mg, Met 1.5k mg): IUI #4 June 19, beta BFN July 6

2 IUI tries left, so we're thinking about whether or not it makes sense to do an IUI #5. Would not be until Aug or Sept 2015 if we did it.

August 2014 - IUI #2: Clomid 50 mg, BFN
September 2014 - IUI #3: Femara 5mg, Novarel trigger, BFN
October 2014 - IUI #4: Clomid 100 mg first two days, then 50 mg for three days, Novarel trigger, BFN
Late October 2014 - IUI #5:  Bravelle 150 iu, Novarel trigger, BFP at 17 dpiui, Beta 3652 at 21 dpiui

Unexplained infertility for me, H is fine.

Taking a break until next year to gear up for Clomid.

I've had two miscarriages in two years both were before 8 weeks.

Hopefully this is an active board. A friend told me about this place, it seems different from most I've been on!

Me: PCOS diagnosed in 2010. I've never had a regular period, was on BC for 10 years, then diagnosed once I stopped and never started regular periods.
DH: no tests yet

Seriously started TTC 8/14. One previous Clomid cycle 4/13; then stopped due to timing.

4/13: 50mg Clomid
8/14: 50mg Clomid
9/14: 50mg Clomid
10/14: 100 mg Clomid

No ovulation and referred to the RE. Nervous but excited.

ETA 10/13/15: So funny to look back on this a year ago...and where I am now, a full year later.
Me: still anovulatory PCOS
DH: all good.

11/14: 7.5mcg letrozole
12/14: Letrozole+ gonal f 75iu + ganirelix + ovidrel
1/15: letrozole + gonal f + ganirelix+ ovidrel
2/15: letrozole + gonal f + ganirelix + ovidrel
3/15: letrozole + gonal f + ganirelix + ovidrel
4/12/15: BFP,saw heartbeat at 6 & 7 weeks
5/15: Missed MC at first OB appt. Tried Miso to MC naturally, did not work, ended up w D&C.
6/15: followed HCG down to 0, started provera at end of month
7/15: menopur+ gonal f+ ovidrel. Found out I maxed out lifetime insurance coverage on meds. Completely OOP from then on.
8/15: letrozole + gonal f + ganirelix + ovidrel. Started seeing an acupuncturist.
9/15: letrozole + gonal f + ganirelix + ovidrel 
10/15: letrozole + gonal f + ganirelix + ovidrel

have enough meds and enough $ to likely do one more out of pocket cycle this year. I have no IVF coverage, my DH does. If no BFP by December, I'll be going on his plan and starting IVF in Jan/Feb 2016.

Testing: 10/2014 - blood work and ultrasound show no issues, SA came back with slightly low morphology (but not enough to concern the RE), and HSG was fine.
Diagnosis: Unexplained

Treatment: RE wants us to try naturally for another few months. If nothing happens by January 2015, then we'll discuss a medicated IUI cycle.

March 2015 Update:

IUI#1:  3/17/2015

Meds:  Femara 5mg from CD3-CD7, Trigger shot 3/16

Testing:  2 follicles, 22mm and 23mm, uterine lining at 12mm

May 2015 Update:

IUI #2:  5/10/2015

Meds:  Femara 5mg from CD3-CD7

Testing:  3 follicles, 18mm, 19mm, and 21mm.  Good uterine lining

June 2015 Update:

IUI #3:  6/6/2015 or 6/7/2015 (depending on monitoring appt)

Meds:  Femara 5mg from CD3-CD7

Treatment: Its in the planning stages of whether we do IVF, a lap procedure first, or just wash our hands of the whole thing.

TTC #1 since Sept. 2011.

Testing: Repeat SAs and exams for DH.
Diagnosis: Sperm are immotile.

Treatment: IVF with ICSI.

Current status: Trying to decide whether to move forward with IVF or consider adoption. Neither decision will be made until early 2016 because of career commitments taken on when we found out we couldn't have children the old fashioned way.

TTC#2 since 9/2013.  Secondary infertility.

Testing: Pretty much normal.  I have a short LP and low progesterone.  DH has had low count for one IUI.

Diagnosis: Unexplained

Treatment History:  7 IUIs so far - 1 unmedicated besides a trigger shot, 4 Clomid with trigger, and 2 injectable (Gonal-f) with trigger.  Progesterone supplementation in 2WW.  I O on my own, but not until about CD22.  RE said my charts were "erratic" with temps all over the place.  IVF #1 January 2015 - BFN.

Switched RE

IVF #2 April/May 2015. 16 retrieved, 12 fertilized, 2 transferred with a 5dt. BFP on 5/23!

October 2014: started on 100mg Clomid days 3-7, IUI #1 - BFN
November 2014: 100mg Clomid days 3-7, IUI #2 - BFN
Jan/Feb 2015: 50mg Clomid days 3-7, 37.5mcg Gonal F inject x5 days, 250mcg Ovidrel trigger on 2/8, IUI #3 on 2/10 - BFN
March 2015: IVF cycle #1, stims started 3/22
April 2015: ER 4/3, bcp started 4/17
May 2015: Minivelle patches started 5/11, Estrace started 5/26
June 2015: FET cancelled due to thin lining; started on delestrogen injections 6/19
July 2015: increased delestrogen dosage to 6mg due to low response, FET 7/18, BFN (7/30/15)
August 2015: bcp 8/5-8/17, delestrogen 6mg started 8/18, FET 9/10, BFP 9/16, heartbeat 10/9, mm/c 10/21 at 8w4d, D&C 10/22

March 2016: bcp 2/29-3/11, started delestrogen 6mg 3/15, taking baby aspirin
April 2016: FET 4/8, BFN
June 2016: started bcp to prep for low-dose stim FET cycle
July 2016: 150iu of Menopur to start 7/20
August 2016: slow response to dosage, increased to 225iu, ovidrel trigger 8/7, transfer 8/14 - BFN
September 2016: started 6mg delestrogen 9/9, transferred our last 2 embryos 9/30, BFP 10/9/16, beta #1 101, beta #2 103, CP, cd1 10/22/16

Starting over with a new RE.

November 2016: 20mm cyst on left ovary, started bcp
December 2016: hoping to start stims at the end of the month for an early January retrieval
January/February 2017: SA for DH showed 0% morphology, count and motility fine, started supplements, referred to fertility urologist, diagnosed with varicocele, repeat SA showed 20% morphology, DFI 21%, prolactin elevated, low testosterone; RE referring DH to endocrinologist to deal with low testosterone and high prolactin before we can move on
May 2017: started stims 5/8/17: 300iu Gonal F, 75iu Menopur, 25units Omnitrope; 5/15/17: added Cetrotide; 5/16/17: Gonal F decreased to 225iu, Menopur increased to 150iu; trigger 5/19/17 with ER 5/21/17; 18 retrieved, 17 mature, 10 fertilized naturally, 6 made it to blast and sent for PGS testing, 2 genetically normal; FET probably end of July

May 2014: Said goodbye to our daughter at 24w (TFMR rare genetic disorder)
June 2014: Test for the disorder in our chromosomes came back normal
August 2014: Resumed TTC
October 2014: m/c at 5w

No official diagnosis - I have trouble staying pregnant. No common cause.

My H has a healthy 10 y/o daughter

TTC my first since December 2013
Repeat pregnancy loss

May 2014: MMC discovered, D&C at 9 weeks
Oct. 2014: Chemical Pregnancy at 4w2d
Jan. 2015: MMC discovered, D&C at 10 weeks

The follow up from my D&C is next week and my OB will be giving me a referral to a fertility clinic for RPL testing. I don't know what our game plan will end up being from there but that is the next step.

Just started TTC #2 in December 2014.

With #1, started TTC in August 2010.
After almost two years of trying, one chemical pregnancy, and being told by my OB/GYN to "just have more sex", I finally saw an RE in April 2012.
Diagnosed with hypothyroid and PCOS.
August 2012: "Natural" miscarriage at 11 weeks
August 2013: DS1 born
My cycle came back November 2014, and has basically been a disaster ever since.
February 2015: starting Provera/Femara/Metformin

Dx- MFI (low morphology & motility), mild PCOS
IUI #1 Feb '15: unmedicated, BFN
IUI #2 May '15: femara for 6 days, femara + 75 units of bravelle for 4 more, BFN
IVF #1 June '15: 150 units bravelle/75 units menopur for 10 days. 12 eggs retrieved, 10 mature, 5 fertilized normally with ICSI, 2 made it to morula stage but not blast so we skipped PGD and transferred day 5. BFN. Nothing frozen.
IVF #2 September/ October '15: going hard on these ovaries, 225 units bravelle/ 75 units menopur for 8 days. 20 eggs retrieved, 16 mature, 8 oocytes frozen. 8 attempted ICSI, 6 fertilized, 5 fertilized normally. 3 arrested day 3, 2 made it to day 5. We ended up with one AA/AB quality blast and one BC quality blast, skipped PGD and transferred both day 5 with AH. (Results TBD, just wanted to write that out before details get fuzzy)

Oof, now that I have a diagnosis, I guess it's time to add myself!

We are 36/40, TTC #2, no known issues with #1

MMC @ 8w and CP @5w in 2014
Feb 2015: High FSH and low AMH = DOR diagnosis.
Will start with Letrozole and TI in March due to work/travel, and plan to do IUI with injects in June if no luck before then

Update April 2015:
Letrozole/TI for two cycles was a bust.

5/2015: Combo Letrozole/Menopur IUI = BFN
6/2015: Combo Letrozole/Menopur IUI = BFN

Cycle breaks for cyst, bad timing, H to take Clomid

8/2015:  Letrozole IUI = BFP.  Fingers crossed for first ultrasound in Sept!
