We do. Mainly because we have a contract with Verizon and my DH literally can't survive with cable.
FWIW, the only reason we entered into the 2 year contract because we got a $330 prepaid visa after doing so.
We pay $100.43 a month for pretty much every channel, high-speed internet, and a home phone line because our cell service here is shit. DH also "needed" the $10 a month HD box.

I am dreading our upcoming PCS to a new duty station because we will probably have to set up new service and get our goods. We only have one tv (that will be with our household goods) so I might buy a small one to hold us over until we get our stuff.
And no DVR!!! I don't even remember most of the shows I like to watch until I check to see what recorded.
Yes. We cut it for awhile when we needed to be very financially conservative. It was no good for us and we got it back as soon as we were in a better situation. We watch a lot of sports, and Netflix and Hulu aren't really helpful for that.
We cut ours about two months ago and never looked back. Between Hulu+, Netflix and HBOgo, we have everything we need. Plus, we get about 20 channels from our digital satellite. DH has a subscription for MLS soccer, but he would probably have that anyway. Saves us about $95 a month.

I guess I should also add we have 2 DVRs and HBO along with the premium service and Netflix. I will not disclose how much we pay because the MM gods will probably falls over and die.

we do not, it was too expensive for us, tho we have a receiver and get like 10 channels, during the week it is easy to find something to watch, though it is horrible on the weekend...we do have netflix but i rarely watch it, DH does all the time (except when he is playing video games)

I have had cable for all 34 years of my life, but am going unplugged in 5 days. I'm starting to hyperventilate already. But my budget just can't handle it right now. I'm going to try it out for the summer, and will think about getting it back in the fall when the shows come back for the new season.
I do not have Netflix, Hulu, or any one of the other myriad of TV watching apparatuses. I'm too technologically dumb to figure it all out.

You can do it!
Netflix and Hulu aren't difficult to figure out. You can just watch them on your computer if you don't want to deal with setting it up through your TV. Try out the free version of Hulu (just go to the website and browse around).
You can also go straight to some of the networks' websites to watch some shows. ABC, NBC, CBS, and the like put up full episodes of many of their shows.
