Does anyone take Biotin? The hair stylist recommended I start taking it to help my hair. Anyone have any experience with it good or bad?

I took this back in the day when my life's work was growing my hair out to BSL lol.  It worked, so I would say good. But I do know that some people who take it experience break outs.  It's important to stay hydrated when you take it.

I never took straight Biotin but when I took the Organic prenatals (Perfect Prenatal, i think they were called), they made my hair grow like whoa.

Ugh. Y'all, I don't mean to bring the tone down but I'm having a rough "mom of a child with a chronic illness" day. My baby has diabetes and his sugars are all over the place today and I'm a mess about it.

My sweet coworker sent me home after lunch and I'm sitting in my car staring at DS's glucose monitor, willing his insulin to kick in. He's at daycare and it's nap time so hopefully he's not feeling the effects of it right now. My poor baby.

A few weeks ago, one of my husband's friends texted me asking if we would dogsit his wife's Yorkie for a few days. Certain my husband would say no (since he never okayed DS getting a dog--although, in fairness, we did a horrible job with our smaller animals, the last of which was a Chinese water dragon I ended up spending way too much time with at the vet), I said he would have to ask him. My husband said yes. I forgot all about this until the dog showed up 20-30 minutes ago. I don't know how many times I'm going to wash my hands this weekend, because every time I hold her, I put her down and wash my hands. Based on the last 30 minutes, I guess 4 times an hour for the next three days . Also, I held her in my lap and on my chest with my robe on so now I don't want to get in my bed with the robe on. But if I take the robe off and then hold her again, then my pajamas are contaminated. So I guess I'm done being in the bed. Maybe this is why people have to start thinking of their dogs as kids. Between holding the dog and then de-germing myself after, how will I have time for anything else lol?

Dress update for sfy 
I didn't have enough time to do Rent the Runway, but I did stumble upon this dress at H&M.





I got the sales associate to find it in my size yesterday, and I'm going down after work to try it on and *crosses fingers* hopefully buy. I liked where you were headed with the floral and color. I was originally thinking of a burgundy, but I have a dress that color and wore it to a fall wedding last year. I love that dress, but I wanted to give my H something else to look at! LOL

I'll let you know how it looks. I can usually pull a sheath dress off with zero issues, as long as it hits at the knee correctly.

Remember how I said that I made a totally functional computer training with software I've had not any training on and have now had for two weeks? We presented to our director and VP and they are both reeeeeallllly pleased. The slide I used to demonstrate the voice over capabilities was particularly well received. They are talking about having me narrate SOPs for training on the go.


Apparently I've missed my calling as a voice actress.
