Just got an email that my company is going to close HQ and all its stores for Election Day. "Closing our stores will cost us a lot, but it's the right thing to do."
Also: "Watching another Presidential debate last week in which climate change was not raised as an issue of concern even once, I was shocked and disappointed about the state of our civil society."

I was shocked at the long line for early voting here. It took me about 45 minutes and there were 13 voting machines. I got teary eyed checking the box for HRC
Dropped mine in the mail today! I sort of wanted to go to a ballot drop box, but decided that getting it out now was better than waiting for the weekend to head to the box.
WA is all-mail voting, and this is the first year I've voted early. Usually I mail it on election day because I'm a lazy ass. But I wanted to do it earlier this year.
We don't get stickers! I'm going to make my own tonight and hand them out.
So...apparently I live under a rock b/c I have never heard of this. So...there are zero polling places? How does this work? This seems problematic to me. Convenient. I hope polls don't go away everywhere. I love "going" to vote, such a feel of community, everyone was loving my kids going with me.
I went today and took my kids. I was going to hold out for Election Day, but in the midst of dealing with my MIL's death, I just wanted to do something positive.
I spent two hours last night with my computer, the voting guides, and my ballot weighing decisions. It's so nice to be able to do that in real time and then vote. Our participation rate tends to be higher as a result of mail in voting. It's in the 60s-70s, I think.

Unfair! Kentucky doesn't have early voting and you can't absentee vote unless you have a valid reason.
So I have to wait until November 8 to vote. Only to be reminded that most of the state's citizens think trump is awesome.
Same for Michigan.
Weeelllll......I mean, I've voted absentee in the last two elections and just said I was going to be away from the polls all day. Poof! I got it in the mail 3 days later. I mean, I know you're right, and I do wonder how long I'll get away with it.

I am very upset that I saw NO voter fraud today. I mean, Donald said it is out there EVERYWHERE! And I'm in TEXAS - my ballot didn't change like others did. This isn't fair. I'm a heterosexual white female - the minorities get EVERYTHING!

This is the first year my parents have voted since they moved to KY and they were not pleased with this. They basically always did absentee in Ohio for the convenience.
Voted today! We can vote at any county polling spot for early voting, so when the location closest to my house had a two hour line, I went to another one. In and out in 30 minutes. DS was at school, but he stole my sticker and said he would tell people he voted for Hillary. Works for me.

I went to a different one this year (Off Dairy Ashford - behind the high school). Took 33 minutes total. I normally have gone to the one off Richmond 1 block east of the beltway but my work is not right there anymore. A friend voted in Baytown on Monday and had to wait almost 3 hours.
Since I'm on the Southeast side of town, I ended up at Scarsdale and Beamer in a courthouse annex. The lady working there said the longest that their wait had been was 45 minutes. Sorry, meant to quote you notsocreepylurker
Just voted early in Mass! I was behind an old white lady bitching about illegals voting without id. I proudly said I did not want to show my Id when asked. I hope she heard me.

Proudly voted this morning. I was so happy to see so many people at my polling place right after opening. That said I only had to wait around 30 minutes and that includes some technical problems with getting people checked in.
I voted this morning. Yeah for Saturday early voting! I've been swamped at work so I haven't been able to get to the poll on a weekday, and today is the last weekend date at most locations in my county. I took M, and we were out in ~15 minutes. He got his own sticker, and I treated him to Waffle House afterwards.

Voted yesterday in my "A woman's place is in the White House" shirt. Had to compose myself twice. Once after voting for her and the second time reading the printed confirmation with her name.
It took two trips and a call to the BOE while I was at the polling place (because my registration card said I was ok to vote, but the computer system said not eligible), but I voted today! One more vote for HRC in TX!
