I haven't posted here much since the days of the MUT but #imwithher in Texas today. No pantsuit for me but I went with blue and white, and I'm painting my nails blue before I go in for call tonight. Crossing my fingers for something approaching purple in this state, and I'm going to be stalking this board all day.

Voted! In and out in maybe 10 minutes total. I wore blue, pearls, and I got my sticker. I saved Hillary's bubble for last and took a moment to absorb it all before coloring it in.
I voted in PA! Line wasn't bad and everyone was calm. Just one guy with a MAGA hat on. I've never gotten a sticker Everyone is showing up at work with them and I'm jealous!
I pulled into the polling place at 7:40. There were probably 50 people ahead of me. Got my ballot shortly after 8 am and was back in my car by 8:25. It was pretty quiet and civil. I heard a couple of elderly voters joking about writing in Woodrow Wilson for president.
I voted!! I had tears in my eyes all the way home.
I was there while a woman who is on the ballot was there too. She's a neighbor from the next street over and I recognized her but she doesn't know me. It was only me, her and her husband there. I'm wishing I said " good luck" as I had already planned to vote for her but I wimped out.
Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime. Mark Twain
I voted last week by mail in ballot. My coworker recently became a citizen (woo-hoo!) and thought the process was anti-climactic. She's still pumped for today, though.
I finally got to vote. I even got a sticker and chocolate, we always have chocolate but never stickers (darn chocolate town). I started tearing up with voting.

I took DD with me and couldn't help but grin as I filled in the circle next to HRC.
DD's preschool class last week had a Duck vs. Clifford election and goldfish vs. popcorn contest for snacktime. She was proud to be on the winning side for both, and she was pumped to come along with for my turn.
No early voting in PA. I blocked an hour off my schedule at work this morning, not knowing how long it would take. I got there around 6:50 and there were 15-20 people outside the polling place, not counting the people who lined up inside. When they let us in we divided into 2 lines alphabetically and I estimated 30 people in my line alone. I was done by 7:20. When I left, the line was just as long as when I got there.
