my husband ordered me birthstone rings from Everly rings for mother's day, they arrive the Monday after Mother's day because of a communication issue with them... but within one day the stone had fallen out of DD4s ring. Contacted them and they replaced it easy enough. thought hopefully it was a fluke. Got the replacement Friday. Today a stone has fallen out of that one! So I contact them and said I think I would like to return them rather than risk this keep happening. They offer to replace it again, replace it with a different style etc. 1- they have nothing else in DD4s birthstone and 2- I really don't trust their quality now at all so I say no thank you I would just like to return them. They reply that it must be in the original packing (no problem) and must be in "un worn" condition or they will deduct 20%, well obviously the pink one isn't, it's missing a stone, and when I took them off to rebox them now ANOTHER ring is missing a stone too. I replied that as I was only returning them for a quality issue I didn't think I should be responsible for shipping them back on my dime. Their reply We gave you a solution and offered you even a third completely free replacement ring. As outlined in our policies, our customers are responsible for the price of shipping when returning or exchanging. So you can let us take care of you, as we take care of all of our customers if god-forbid a stone falls out and replace it hassle-free or you will see the damage and wear and tear of you wearing the rings reflected in your return. Please let us know what you would like to do so we can best take care of you
So I have to pay for shipping AND lose 20% on two of the rings?? they have not replied to my email nicely saying that was bullshit. If they hold fast to this would you dispute this with your credit card? I am so pissed. and note- don't ever buy from them. what fucking bullshit

Judge Judy would totally rule in your favor, that's all I'm saying. They can't force you to accept what is apparently a substandard product over and over again.

Ok good, thank you. I wasn't sure if I was just being over reactive since I'm so mad. I'll wait until tomorrow to see if they reply to me first and if not I'll dispute it
How rude! Fortunately there is no wear and tear, just the defect that is the reason for the return. So they can refund all of your money or they can chat about it with the credit card company. What jerks!
That reply was completely uncalled for. I would dispute. And then I'd let them know that I disputed the charge. I'd probably be equally snarky in my notification email, but I'm over people today...so.

If you do not want our free replacement, it will be handled according to our policy. We take great care of our customers and we stand by our rings

I would call them and say the bolded is clearly not true. When I am really, really upset with a company, I call and I will call often until things are fixed to my satisfaction.

Their shit is DEFECTIVE! You took them up on replacements and those were equally DEFECTIVE. They owe you a COMPLETE refund. Nothing less. Fuck. That. Shit.

They definitely have a Facebook, I'm mobile right now so I'm having issues c&ping though. I actually found them on Instagram because Veronika posted about them a bunch of times. DH paid with our Amex so I'll contact them in the morning
