Re: the BBB. It definitely can work. I've only filed a claim once (when the electric company accidentally cut my electric on Friday morning and didn't restore it until Tuesday). The BBB got them to agree to pay for all my food to be replaced and my hotel room for the weekend. But, I do think AMEX will get you your resolution.

I used to manage shipping and web sales for very expensive items. Credit Cards will do a charge back and make the retailer fight to prove themselves. It's on them to prove. Save your receipts and you are beyond good.

I do everything...I would tweet all the responses you've received from the company, I would put it out on IG, I would go to the BBB, and I would go to AMEX. What do you have to lose?

She could go to JAIL for credit card fraud!! lllllol
I'm so sorry you're dealing with this. I would create a PDF with all the emails and take pictures of the rings and submit all that with your complaint to American Express. They're so amazing with their customer service. I bet they take care of you.
That is exactly what I did this morning with everything I had. What even better is one of the emails from them actually states
We unfortunately are having troubles with selected bands from just one of our manufacturing partners.
so yeah, the admit the bands are shitty but too bad for me. I bolded that and made a note in my claim to Amex
Omfg. And the owner has the nerve to tell you a boldfaced lie that this has NEVEREVEREVER happened before to any of their customers. This person sounds more like a high schooler than a business person.

I'm done replying to her/ them. It's actually laughable now.
Again, just for clarity, they replaced it once. Also from the owner. Credit card fraud 😂
We have already been advised that we did everything to fulfill your purchase. We replaced the rings twice and offered you a third, which you refused. We offered to have you return it to our policy. Which you also refused. If you are filing a claim when we have done nothing wrong, that is credit card fraud.
Amex almost always sides with the customer, and you are 100% in the right. Let me know if you need technical jewelry speak for your dispute.

I think she keeps 20% for "worn" rings because she gets a TON of people returning her crap products. So she's trying to make what little $$ she can off this shit.

I am so sorry you are dealing with this. Thanks so much for the warning though! I saw them on Veronika's IG and thought about getting some - definitely won't be now!

The owner is ridiculous. Her GOMI page has let me know she lives in a "glam-v" which is a glamorous RV and she has "coined" the term. So like mobile glamping? Also how is it legal to have a fox? The about you portion for the fox she talks about how you have to take the babies from their moms immediately so they are domesticated and how you have to get the fox by 7 weeks so they bond specifically to the owners seems so sad for the baby foxes. I never knew this was a thing.
I have a feeling this is one of these posts that is gonna get zombie'd in 6 months when the owner finds the post and comes in to defend herself after the fact.

I was kinda hoping she had a Google alert so she could see this. You want to run your business this way? Two people in this thread said they were considering buying from them and now won't. Fuck you lady

Oh dear lord...I am so pissed for you OP. So ridiculous.
Apparently the owner is going to be releasing an ebook about growing your passion into a full time job. You know, like she did at the age of 22. Really?

I didn't read every page yet, but if they won't let you comment and/or review on their actual FB page, you could create a post about your experience with pictures of their bullshit product, make it public and encourage people to share it all over FB.
OP, I'm sorry you're dealing with this. What a circus.
About the fox in a "glam-v" situation: most states have animal import laws, and she's very likely breaking the law in transporting that little wild animal all over the place. But you know, credit card fraud.

In many states I don't think it is legal, and even in states where it's allowed many require a permit. I know in Washington State (looks like they used to live in Seattle) "(b) All persons are prohibited from importing into the state any bat, skunk, fox, raccoon, or coyote, except a zoological park, animal exhibitor, or research facility under an entry permit issued by the director of the department of agriculture in consultation with the secretary of the department."
