Omg I hate them. This was their reply to me asking for clarification that I need to pay to return them and pay the 20% fee
We gave you an option to be taken care of yet again. Thousands of customers and my team wear the rings all the time with zero issues. We have never had any instances like this. If you do not want our free replacement, it will be handled according to our policy. We take great care of our customers and we stand by our rings
I said ok thanks I'll dispute it with my credit card since there's no reason rings should lose stones in less than 2 weeks time. I'm so pissed. Never order from these assholes
I can't believe how rude they're being. It's one thing for them to suck and be like, "this is our policy, blah, blah, blah" but the "God forbid" and "We gave you an option to be taken care of yet again" is so unbelievably unprofessional. They act like you are such an inconvenience for wanting a refund on a defective ring. I would 100% dispute and give them horrible reviews.
Their shit is DEFECTIVE! You took them up on replacements and those were equally DEFECTIVE. They owe you a COMPLETE refund. Nothing less. Fuck. That. Shit.
Also file a claim with the BBB, and then blast them on social media.
Unfortunately, the BBB is a privately owned company and if Everly rings is a member, the BBB keeps negative reviews off their site.
This is always how I get shit done. I blasted Verizon on BBB, they called within 12 hours of the posting, and I got all my money back. I did the same for Uhaul and the Key Foods right by our house. LOL

I would send a letter to general customer service as well as the person you had been corresponding with saying exactly this. "Your rings are defective. I took you up on your replacements and those were equally defective. You owe me a complete refund and nothing less, as they are defective products that have nothing to do with wear and tear. Because you refuse, (and additionally, are acting like snatchy assholes) I have filed a dispute with my credit card company."

I can literally feel my stress and anxiety rising with every update you post - I would definitely blast all over FB, twitter, IG, etc. Here, too, so others can find this thread!
Why are they letting this person answer their customer inquiries? This person sucks and has zero customer service skills. Even if a customer is in the wrong (and you are NOT) you don't "speak" to someone like that. Whomever this person is should have escalated the situation by now instead of trying to resolve it by being defensive and shady.

I am shaking with rage lol. Over $200. This is ridiculous. I'M SO MAD
I ordered my bridesmaids dresses from a company and needed to return 1 extra dress. I returned it, but they never refunded the money because they were in the process of going out of business (but this was not clear at the time). I literally emailed them everyday and called them repeatedly. I tore them apart on FB, BBB and anywhere I could find. All over like $70. It got to the point that I was worried I'd be sued for slander or something. Haha I should have just disputed it to begin with because by the time I finally did it was too late (I guess there's a statute of limitations on that) and Discover Card couldn't dispute it. Discover felt so bad for me that they gave me a statement credit for like 50% of the amount. I'm still mad. LOL
