P&CE, since inception. I hit the Knot in 2005, MM in 2006, and P&CE when it opened (2007?)

2.) If you're comfortable sharing with a bunch of internet strangers, where do you live?

San Jose. Its ok, it's a big town. I'll even tell you I live on the west side (throw it up, throw it up!)

3.) What's your J-O-B?

I'm in finance/accounting for a tech company. I do order and inventory management.

4.) Married? Kids?

Yes and yes (one 5 mo old), and two dogs. And my H is BigT.

5.) Hobbies?

See #4. Also, we brew our own beer and have 200 sf of vegetable garden in the backyard.

6.) Political affiliation?

2.) If you're comfortable sharing with a bunch of internet strangers, where do you live? At the moment I live in DC, but I'm moving to north Florida in a few weeks.

3.) What's your J-O-B? I'm an archivist. Currently I work on the hill, and after I move I'm getting an MLS.

4.) Married? Kids? Married, just cats for now.

5.) Hobbies? Reading, gardening, food, cats, going to flea markets and farmers markets.

6.) Political affiliation? I'm registered R, and I work for an R, but I've been feeling pretty disillusioned lately. I'm one of the many socially liberal, fiscally conservative, kind of libertarian people out there.

6.) Political affiliation? I am Canadian. In Canada I lean left of centre. In US politics that would make me a socialist. More or less I believe in a really strong welfare state and am willing to pay the taxes it takes to get that.

I started as a ride or die TIPer lol. I joined the knot when I was wedding planning in 2006 and actually ordered my ringbearer pillow and flower girl basket from the knot. A IRL friend directed me to some hot messes on TIP because she was a huge lurker. I saw a thread that set me off like whoa and signed up on the nest. By the time my three day waiting period was over, that thread was long forgotten but I posted anyway and here I am.

Hello, CE&P. Thanks for this post. I had a "de-lurker" post typed out yesterday, but could not get my avatar to work, and then got busy and never posted.

1.) What was your "home board" on the nest? When did you first join? I first joined The Knot when I got engaged in 2006. I posted here and there on the nest, then became a regular on the bump's TTC after 35 board . When we stopped our pursuit of parenthood, I stopped posting there. Probably six months ago, I started lurking on P&CE.

Migrated to lurking on Nest in 2010/2011, pretty quickly realized PCE was my favorite hangout. Only started posting with any regularity a month or two ago.
