I hit 120/120 qualifying payments in June and my account was updated to reflect this 2-3 weeks ago. I've been logging in almost daily to see if the forgiveness has gone through but no luck yet. I know it is likely to take quite a while longer but I can't help myself.

Once my acct reflected the correct payment amount it was about 1 week later for the balance to go to 0. You could call and ask for a time frame.

I hope it comes swiftly!
Just a warning though- a large part of the forgiveness wave we are seeing today have been waiting since August.
I'm hopeful now that it's unclogged again, things go back to happening more quickly again.
I called last week about the fact that my payment counts still hadn't been updated, and the person I spoke to told me it was because of an error on Mohela's part, and she was resubmitting the forms for me to fix it. I've worked my entire 18 year career in state government, so every single payment I've ever made should qualify (and I've never missed or been late thanks to auto-pay), but it was still showing 0/120 qualifying payments.
I just logged in to check and now it says I'm at 180/120 qualifying payments! The balances still aren't showing as zeros, but based on what I'm reading here, it sounds like I can hope for that to happen soon, yes?
I have also been working on this for almost 2 years with an attitude of "I'll believe it when I see it," and as of today, I'm finally starting to feel more hopeful than that.

As little as 2 weeks and as many as 6 months. Hopefully you're in the shorter category!
Depending on when you consolidated - with 180 payments you may also be due a refund. woot woot!

I wondered about the refund angle. My husband keeps saying that I should also get a refund, and I'm still very much in the "I'll believe it when I see it" mindset about that. I consolidated into Direct Loans last summer, I think it was. How would the refund process work - do I have to do more paperwork, or do they just look at the qualifying payments and timeline and do it automatically? Thank you for all of your insight here!

If you consolidated last summer and presumably haven't paid since then because of the covid pause - then there won't be a refund. The overpayments have to be on the current loan for there to be a refund.
I have another question. A lot of my payments don't count because I worked part time - 20 hours a week for 5 years. However there was about a year during that time I worked 30 hours a week (I believe PSLF counts 30 hours as full time). If my former employer verifies I worked 30 hours per week during that time period, should those payments count or do they look at the average of the entire time I worked there?

You can absolutely submit for just the time period where you crossed the 30 hour threshold.
If it was a continuous period - complete 1 PSLF application for all of those months. If it was more sporadic, I’d probably fill out one page 2 for each chunk that qualifies.
I would also give your employer a heads up that you are doing this and why so they don’t get all gate-keepery on it.

MINE WAS FORGIVEN TODAY!!!!
Thank you for all the good info on this post. I don't post often, but you were so helpful when I did. The recommendation for the FB group was a HUGE help in navigating some of the challenges I had.
I started it in January, and thought I might be too late, and this morning got my loan forgiven letter. Logged in tonight and owe ZERO. $43,858.19 gone.
Fingers crossed they accelerated the process and others get their good news soon, too!
