DOJ just released the heavily redacted affidavit. We already knew it was bad, but IT IS BAD! The HUMINT stuff, the fact that in the 15 boxes handed over to NARA in February there was no folder system for separating documents (newspaper clippings and top secret stuff just all together), hand-written notes by FPOTUS (!!!!).

A coverup of WHAT?  Did they read the affidavit?  The cognitive dissonance is really something else with these people.  How could you read the unredacted portions and think there is something that is GOOD for FPOTUS in the redacted sections?  I'm over here reading the unredacted sections and going holy shit, imagine what kind of terrible things they redacted?  They think they redacted things that would help him?

I think the fact that his fingerprints are likely all over them; that he was the only one who initially had access to them and could have moved them to Mar-a-Lago, that the National Archives has been asking for these back for some time now, and that he’s bounced all over the place with his current response (I was allowed to take them because I didn’t know they were classified! I declassified them! Give them back: they’re my documents!) pretty much means he cannot use that as an excuse. (He also had handwritten notes on the documents, which is pretty damning, as is the fact some of them were in a bedroom, not even locked up.)

ETA - he also had the classified materials mixed in with magazines and personal documents, so it’s clear he knew what he was doing here.

Other people - like Kash Patel - are deeply involved too. I suspect we will see multiple indictments in the next few weeks.

I don't think it's tin foil hat-ish at all. He's had these documents for a long while and his family has gotten money from places like Saudi, so it wouldn't be surprising at all if they sold this info.
