If you watch the "TV" feed on Peacock, it seems like they don't show them, and say "We'll bring you this in prime time!" If you watch the world feed on Peacock, you'll see them.

As a huge WNBA and women's basketball fan, I love watch the women's team playing together. All of these women from different teams playing together on one team. Like I get choked up each time they high five each other after a shot or assist, when they are usually opponents.

Not surprised! DD is doing a very low-level competitive gymnastics for the first time this year and I got her stuff second hand and paid $300 for the leotard, warm up pants and jacket. It was over $500 just for the new stuff. She'll only wear it like 3 times.

One of the comments I saw on this guy was "I know a trained assassin when I see one."

Someone else said he looked like he rolled out of bed and just decided to compete in the Olympics.

I was ugly crying during the final. All three were amazing and I was rooting for them to tie for the gold.

Suni is only 21!! But so hard on the body to train at such a high level for so long. They’ve all earned the right to do whatever they wanna do.

Their uniform kit has 8 leotards! There are still 3 more leos that haven’t been seen yet.

I loved the one they wore for podium training/practice. I also really like the all red one. It’s a great shade of red.

I'm days behind in coverage and still haven't watched all of the opening ceremony - but the part with Gojira and Marie Antoinette was unbelievable and so dark for the Olympics. I'm still amazed by it.

Other thoughts so far:

- The Peacock app has been generally pretty good to be able to find things this year. Happy about that (except the opening ceremony is annoying to watch cause it's 90% commercials).

- The mountain biking is nuts. All of the obstacles and level of endurance is just crazy. And the only way to get ahead is to go on the even nuttier path to pass someone? So insane.

- BMX freestyle - also insane. I have no idea how they are able to do these stunts. We don't generally watch the X-games so this has been so fun to watch.

- The waves in the surfing competition earlier this week were unbelievable (I think it was Tuessday?). I'm sure everyone has seen the pic of Gabriel Medina floating in air by now. But gosh every wave was spectacular - one after the next.

- I CANNOT WAIT for breakdancing!

I need to do a better job of keeping up with this thread. I don't have time to watch all the things I'm already interested in but y'all now have me wanting to check out mountain biking and whatnot!

On the volleyball front, the best games to watch so far are indoor women's US vs. China (SO good) and beach women's US vs. Czechia. So much volleyball, so little time!

ETA: Just finished watching indoor women's US vs. Serbia. WOW!

My H is having a ball with the pommel horse guy - he’s a “specialist” but he’s so good that the USA Team gave him a spot for Paris & they won bronze !!

He also goes to Penn State !

I got to see the china and Serbia games in person. Serbia was a much better match - just incredible volleyball. Serbia’s star is just amazing. The US women showed up much better. The China game was a bit of a mess all around - I think it was the first match in their pool. Drews is playing well. We will see them play France, which is guaranteed to be a loud game (men’s game last night with Slovenia was intense!).
