I have a small business with one product. I tried to get it manufactured in the US, but quality was less and cost was 3x+ what I could get at an ethically produced (from my research & my broker who has been in the print industry for 40+ years) place in China. A 60% tariff is almost guaranteed to make it unsustainable for me to continue my business. If I could produce 100,000 at a time, it would have a little less impact because economy of scale of production…but it would still be a big hit.

Prices are *guaranteed* to go up. And people don’t realize it’s on stuff like food, too. We can’t just build a plant to make tomatoes in the US!

Combine that with the mass deportations. Even the stuff that is grown/produced here but have prices skyrocket- because who do you think it providing the low cost labor to pick things?! Spoiler alert, it’s largely immigrants.

I can’t stand that they keep switching up the economic racism excuse.
They are taking our jobs.
No one wants to work anymore.
There are no jobs.
Everyone is lazy and wants a free ride.
Immigration is a threat.
I like low prices on things I buy everyday, stupid Biden and Unions.
I don’t want minimum wage to go up.

And also little men play girls sports cue the very adult transgender women spliced into what looks like a middle school girls basketball team. This is the commercial that’s been playing nonstop during Sunday football. If you see this on during football with a group of people I urge you to speak up about how misleading those commercial are. When it comes to gender affirming care for federal prisoners, Trump as president and Harris as VP had the same policies in place so anything they accuse her of he also did.

The McDonald’s appearance cracks me up. He obviously feels so insecure that she worked at a McDonalds and he never worked a real job like that as a Nepo baby that he had to shut down a McDonalds on a weekend and do a photoshoot pretending to work there! If I was an employee I would not have smiled in the photos with him (actually I would have quit). MAGAts are like, where are the photos of her working at McDs? Well, I think I have seen one of her in her uniform, and of Doug who worked at a McDs too and he was employee of the month. However, I’m nearly 20 years younger than Kamala, my first job was at McD’s and I don’t think I have a single photo of me in my uniform, because we didn’t have digital photography back then! There might be one that exists somewhere 🤷‍♀️

Also, Jr (I think, unless it was his brother) said Kamala never worked a real job and has never signed the FRONT of a check. People are roasting him over it because obviously you sign the back of a paycheck when you cash it (he probably has signed the front of more checks in whatever Trump org roles he’s had - wasn’t that part of the Stormy Daniels case?). Also, he’s acting like DA, AG, VP, Gov’t jobs aren’t real jobs serving the people!

I know I'm not the target audience for those ads. But I am routinely seeing them and extremely put off by the idea that healthcare for incarcerated humans should be denied.

I feel like there’s more leverage to use it to convince people he’s not fit to be in office and if he’s elected, JD, Thiel, and Musk are going to use that as evidence he’s unfit and make JD president to implement project 2025. I don’t think that’s what MAGAts want. R’s don’t like JD, deny 🍊’s involvement with project 2025, and deny he will get rid of their Social Security and Medicare. R’s vote based on fear so if we could get them to fear that outcome, and vote in their best interest or not vote, that would be the best case scenario for this election. Some have already been convinced that’s the only way forward for a new R party and are supporting Harris. Biden dropped out for way less. I saw a photo of an anti-🍊 billboard that had his photo and said, it’s time to take the keys away from Grandpa. Also, doing stuff like McDonalds is taking a day off away from the campaign trail in a swing state, which is a poor campaign strategy. Unfortunately that Musk money is paying for those national NFL commercials.

Apparently she saw on X that he was claiming the rally is sold out, but several commenters said there are plenty of tickets so people who won't use them should sign up to keep the crowd size small.

I heard somewhere - I think it was a podcast but I have been consuming a lot of election info so I can’t say for sure that Elon was overheard telling someone he isn’t “officially” eligible to be president heavily implying he will be calling the shots if Trump wins. I 100% believe that could happen.

I agree with those saying they haven't heard much from Vance lately - he has been suspiciously quiet on the campaign trail. I wonder if he's stuck his foot in his mouth too many times, and as the younger/healthier/more sane person poised to be in the White House (barf), he needs to stay more under the radar before he completely poisons the well for them? I don't know. I'm still concerned that if T wins (again, BARF) that they'll just put him out to pasture and let Vance usher in all the P25 stuff. And now with Elon in the mix... AHHH.

He takes campaign donations for his own person use. He took money raised for vets for himself. There was absolutely no chance in hell he wouldn't take every cent and probably a whole lot more that he could possibly get away with.

I saw a video of Scaramucci (remember that guy?) where he was talking about how 🍊 would say all these off the cuff unnecessary lies in his speeches his team had no idea he was going to say and afterwards when they’d ask him why he said it, he’d say that it didn’t matter and if he said it enough times people would believe it.
