3 car garage, 2 cars that are parked inside. We use the 3rd stall H motorcycle, dirt bike, bikes, and yard tools. When the kids get a car, we will have to move all that stuff to a shed. I live in the Midwest with tons of snow and don’t enjoy pushing snow off my car before I can drive it.
Two car garage, two cars parked inside. We also have a large driveway (could fit at least 4 cars), and a gravel area next to our driveway that can fit a car, AND a covered area behind our fence (also gravel) that can fit another car. There is also ample street parking for visitors.
All the houses here have a minimum of a two car garage and large driveways, so there is really only one neighbor who regularly parks a car in the street, and that's because they converted their garage into a den/music space (this is bad drummer neighbor).

We park both cars in our garage. Our new house will have a 3 car garage which works out well as DS1 gets his license in the spring. Our driveway will also be extended for extra parking.
We park both cars in the garage. We have a basement and shed outside, so that's where most of our stuff goes. Even when we lived in a much smaller home with no basement, we still parked a car in the one car garage. I'd rather get rid of stuff than have to park outside.

We park on the driveway. We have two single car garages but both are both pretty small. One had tools, a fridge, and DH's hunting stuff. The other has the lawn equipment and bikes. It's my dream own a home where I can park in the garage.
We do have two driveways though, one in front that goes in a half circle and a side driveway that can easily fit 6 cars. So we have lots of space to park.

We have a two car garage, but only park our Jeep in it usually. It's not our primary vehicle and DH likes to take the doors and top off during the summer. We have a large driveway where DH's work vehicle and my car are parked.
Driveway. Our garage (2 single bay doors) is too full of crap to accommodate any cars ATM. Even when it's not so full, our SUV only clears by inches with the mirrors folded in, so we never pull it in.
We're having a shed built now, which will absorb the lawn mower, snow blower, and some other garden things. I'm hoping my smaller car can go in the garage this winter.
We have a 2 car garage but only one car. DH parks in the garage. It’s tight because it’s an old garage not designed for SUVs (the passengers need to exit before pulling in lol) but the car is only used a few times a week so it’s not a big deal.
All those who park in the driveway, do you live where it snows? We were so excited when we moved into this house with a garage and could park the car in it. Never shoveling that car out again! To me that’s the main benefit of a garage.

We get a couple of inches a couple of times a year. Honestly it makes shoveling the driveway easier because the car keeps that part of the driveway clear. I hate when people drive down the driveway before it’s cleared because the snow gets compacted and is basically impossible to clear then. We are due for a snowmageddon though and if and when that’s forecasted I would guess we would work to get at least one of the cars in the garage.

2 car garage, but only park in it in the winter. The garage has space, I just hate how tight it is to get in and out. I'd say most of the people in my area also park in their driveway, with or without a garage.
We park in the driveway. It’s 2 cars wide and we can squeeze 3 cars on each side if we want to.
We have an attached, climate-controlled 3 car garage but it’s 2 bay wide tandem. Dh has 2 “fun” cars that are stored in the car. One of them will move to our storage unit eventually but he’s got a few more things to do on it so it’s here for now. The other doesn’t have windows so it has to be stored in our garage. The back bay is a workbench and tool storage. Once he moves the one car to storage, I’ll get my garage spot back but it doesn’t really bother me to park in the driveway.

H and I both park in our two-car garage. After parking outside since I could drive, a garage was a must-have for me when we bought a house. I love not having to scrape my car on winter mornings.
All three cars are in garages. I don’t know if this is a Midwest thing (we’re new here) but we have a garage upstairs and one downstairs. I’ve see it on a number of house out in the country, where we are. Upstairs, there are two single bay doors but the thing is huge. If we didn’t have a man-door in the middle, we could probably fit three cars. As is, we park DH’s crew cab Tundra, my van, and still have room for two freezers, two sets of shelves and good bit of space between. Downstairs is a single roll up door but it also has a man door to the side. We park the kids’ Subaru down there and DH also has all of his tools, our camping gear, storage cabinets, etc. The amount of storage in this house is legitimately the biggest flex about where we live. Haha.
We have a three car garage and two cars. Both park in the garage.
Like others have said, being able to park in the garage is important to me. H built some great storage shelving that hangs from the ceiling, and we keep other stuff in the basement, so it works out. He also has his office/man cave set up in there, but he parks his car on the “double” side and I park mine on the “single” side, so there’s still room.
DD will start driving in a couple years. I imagine she’ll get my car. TBD if we get a third car since both H and I WFH and rarely need two cars are once. If we do get a third car, DD will have to park in the driveway.
I feel like this is a litmus test for whether you live in a climate with freezing cold winters. People in my city use their garage for storage, but the rest of the country parks in the garage. Nobody wants to spend half an hour scraping off the car if they don't have to.

Three car garage with 2 cars parked in it. The third stall is used to store snow removal stuff, lawnmower, H's work bench & tools, the garbage can & recycle can & a bins of seasonal stuff (winter gear, summer stuff) and a folded up ping pong table.
It snows in the winter and summer is blazing heat with a side of smokey air from wildfires. I don't want to enter or exit my car in either weather option when the garage is right there.
Two car garage. I park in it, much to H’s chagrin. He would rather have it as a workshop. But I did not buy a house with a big garage to park outside. It is, however, a 1960s two car garage, that I’m not sure how tight it would be with two cars. H drives a large pickup with a ladder rack that is too tall. So we don’t have to worry about it. The other side is relatively empty my garage junk standards. Tools, a table, trash can. Not enough room for another car, but plenty to move around.
