Here, you guys tell me what to do. I'll navigate the MUT.
Tell me exactly what to buy and what to do. You all know what I look like. I am an "autumn," haha. Had my colors done at a color party a couple months ago. I am fair with green eyes, and a few freckles. I have strawberry blond hair. My face is pretty much round.
I don't like to take longer than 5 minutes to apply makeup, and I rub my eyes all day so eyeliner and mascara are hard.
What should I wear?
1. Bb cream instead of foundation, applied with beauty blender. No fuss. 2. Neutral browns/tapes/golds. If you want to play without dropping real money yet, maybe check out Loreal Infallible singles or a little Wet n Wild palette called Walking on Eggshells. Decide if you like looks and want to go further. 3. I do insist you get a couple brushes, though! 4. Blush. 5. Lips.

I see that being 8 minutes.
If you want to go all-out on a Wet N Wild palette, step up from the three-color Walking on Eggshells to the 8-color Comfort Zone. It'll run you about five bucks, but the colors would work well on you I think:
HEIFERS, YOUR COLOURPOPPING WAYS MADE ME FORSWEAR MY 2015 SPENDING FREEZE. I AM NEVER GETTING WAINSCOTING AND LANDSCAPING.
The first rule of a no-buy is to NEVER STEP FOOT IN THE MUT.
This is why I haven't been in. But it's hard! I've missed it (and all of you). Plus my everyday makeup has been boring lately since I was sick a bunch.

I don't know what you look like but doesn't chedifuen have similar coloring?
@bunnybean. We do have similar coloring it sounds like!
My FOTD is posted a few pages back. I'm a huge fan of the Tarte Amozonian Clay BB cream, goes on easily and have nice coverage without looking mask-like. If I'm in a hurry I use the Too Faced chocolate powder foundation and a big fluffy brush.
Try using a cream shadow, like the color tattoos. I like barely branded for a light wash of color.

Try a tinted moisturizer. I like TheBalm's. The lightest shade will work for you. You can get it at Kohl's or Amazon.
You have nice skin. I bet a cream blush would look really good on you. Go to Target or Ulta and try the NYX cream blushes. I only have Glow, it's a pretty pinky coral. Get a Real Techniques Stippling brush to apply it with. It will take a bit of practice to avoid clown face. But I think if you want to go simple and avoid using mascara, I think a blush with a little more oomph, like a cream blush, will look really nice.
Swipe a Maybelline Color Tattoo over your lids for eyeshadow. They are a cream product. You can apply with your fingers.

I know I don't often post, so my opinion is probably worthless, but I really, really like this MUT and how it works. It's so much easier to follow than the new board with the bazillion threads it already has. I hope this one won't be retiring any time soon!

I can't make the move. :drags feet: :hugs MUT in a never ending embrace: :knows that sounds creepier than intended:
ETA: tiramisu, I've missed your face. Darn your no buy!
Aww, thank you! I'm going to try to be around more despite the no buy. But I need to direct my money more towards getting into private practice (eek!). So my FOTDs are going to become an adventure in shopping what I have.

That sounds exciting! I am askeered of private practice so I think it is awesome that you are taking the plunge! What is your line of work?

I'm so nervous I won't make enough to cover rent! I'm going to start out one evening a week, I think. I'm a therapist (MFT).
H found $300 in Nordstroms cards in MIL's stuff the other day. He said I could have them.
I am going to have some fun at the counters. I will definitely go in for some foundation matching. Brows too, since I'm going to get my hair colored soon.
I ordered the Stila Vinyl Gloss in Nude. Platinum members get free shipping on the daily deals so I figured wtf not. I am not a fan of glosses in general because they don't last but this one is supposed to have some staying power.

I can't believe I missed this deal. Free shipping? Fuck me. Stupid sickness.

I have this gloss and love it! Staying power is good for a gloss
I just bought a whole bunch of samples of Glamour Doll Eye pigmented eye shadow. I'm excited to play with it and create some looks like this (mostly for taking pictures. Probably not to actually wear out in public. lol!) -
