New bedroom set for DD's big girl room she'll be moving into in about 3 months.

We are broke broke while paying for 2 mortgages, our rental property is on the market. So any purchase at all is "big."
I'm hoping we can spare money for wall decals for DD's room, and the semi-annual consignment sale tomorrow. I doubt we can do both though

Selling our old house and bringing a huge sum to the table. After that is behind us, new flooring in the kitchen and laundry room at the new house; and a new bedroom set for us. King size bed, yes!

We're planning to put on a small addition (a third bedroom for one of the kids) sometime next spring or summer.

We have a living room upstairs off the bedrooms and we have never furnished it. We have been planning it for a few months now and will be buying furniture as kind of a Christmas present to ourselves. We plan on turning it into the kids living/tv room and I cannot wait! We just painted and bought the sectional and next we will get a recliner, TV wall system, coffee table, rug, curtains and decorations.

We have started to save for a new car for me, mine isn't really big enough with a car seat and baby stuff. We will prob pull that trigger mid 2016. We are also saving to buy land. We plan on building in 2-3 years but would like to buy the land sooner than later. We hope to sell our rental home in CT in the spring to be able to afford the land.

Well we just spent a boatload on our Disney trip.

We may need to replace DH's car within the next year or two, but we will wait to make that decision until DH finds a new job. His car is nearly 14 years old & required quite a bit of work in the last year.

We've also been talking about getting a king size bed.
