DH keeps a list on our Amazon account that's named "Don't look in here Maude", but I do, I do look. It's gift ideas for me. I look and I try hard to telepathically send him messages to delete and not buy certain things and to keep and buy others.

My H is late for everything and it's maddening. When DD's hockey season started, I put all the practices into our calendars starting 10 minutes sooner than they actually begin, to give them some wiggle room since he mostly brings her to those. Nothing's more stressful than trying to rush through getting all the gear on when everyone else is on the ice already. The season ends in 2 weeks and he hasn't figured it out yet.

I wouldn't add stuff to it (though I'd be SO TEMPTED), but I would absolutely delete things I didn't want. Just one at a time so it wouldn't really be noticeable.
my confession is we were in Philly and I parked in a questionable spot; half in a spot, half in a tow zone. I assumed I was fine, but my husband was really confident I would be towed. I laughed it off and we walked away to the park where we were meeting friends. Said friends told us that it is a really bad place to park and I should go move the car, so I did. What I will NEVER tell my H is that when I walked over to the car, it was literally about to be towed, they were hooking it up to the truck. They were nice and let me move my car with just a warning, but when I got back to the park, I told H it was fine, and I moved it to a closer place, so no worries. But it is a secret I will keep from him until the grave, lol.
1. I hold grudges, not many of them, but the few I have I will never let go of. My biggest grudge is against a family member, and I don't see anything that could ever change my mind. I get worked up just thinking about it.
2. There's a task at work that I really do NOT want to do, and it's not something I can easily delegate, although there is someone else who could do it - we're both equally as busy. I've been using the excuse that I'm inundated in an audit as a means to avoid it, but in reality I have very little left to do on the audit.

Mine is the opposite he shows up obnoxiously early. Bro - if an even starts at 12pm people are prepared for you at 12pm not at 11:15am. It drives me nuts.

My H is the same. He shows up 30 min early and then we wait and wait. I, on the other end show up right on time. Try to explain this to a 2 y/o who loves the pool. He would arrive to swim class 30 min early. Kid had to wait by the pool. It was like torture. She couldn't understand why she couldn't jump right in.

From one hockey parent to another, next season add the practices to start 30 minutes prior to the actual time, not 10 minutes.
I'm generally a timely person, but DH had to get on my case about showing up an hour before for games and *at* least 30 minutes before practices. I learned quickly lol.
My H wakes up my teen for school (she wakes herself up but he is back-up). She has never been late. He was away for 2 weeks and she was late 3x. I RAN to the phone to call her in, not just to follow the school rule for calling in when late, but to prevent my H from finding out with a school robo call .. “Your child has not reported to school, please call …”

There used to be a reality show about parking enforcement in Philly LOL. They don’t mess around!

My wife is like this too and our 2.5 year old is not impressed by all the waiting around!

I don't know where we would even stand/sit if we showed up 30 minutes early for practice or games. Until the previous practice group has vacated the ice and started to leave, there's nowhere for us to go and nothing to do. We suit her up in everything but helmet and gloves before we get there. I'm curious what goes on in that hour you're hanging around before games?!

I have a Squirt (10U/2013) and we're expected to arrive 30 minutes early for practice and 45-60 minutes early for games. We arrive un-dressed though and all the rinks around here have multiple locker rooms to get ready in. Sometimes they do dryland warmups or go over plans in the locker room so they want everyone ready to go early so they can be paying attention to the coaches.

Ok we are still in Mite/8U. Maybe there will be that expectation as she gets older. Good luck DH, lol.
Showing up early is how I manage my anxiety without medication.
But I will *never* show up early to someone’s house. I’m not that primal.
haha this. I might be (probably will be) in the area early, but I will drive around the block or find a gas station or somewhere to sit in my car and wait until the appropriate time.
He has been extremely apologetic about how long sex is taking...
I confess I do not mind at all 🔥
we are very different people, lol.
lol I once dated a guy who could go for 1 HOUR, that is not including foreplay, simply PIV action. He was very proud of this and I just wanted him to fucking finish.

Yeah even when everything was new and exciting with sex, after like 30 mins of PIV I'm done. I'm mentally making my to-do list at that point. I was ok with multiple rounds but I need a break. Now, if H slows down I'm like wtfareyoudoinghurryup. I just want to get to sleep. Feel sorry for my H, but I generally don't get a lot out of it anymore (and it feels like too much effort to try to) so it's more for him than me.
