I'm so confused but I want to understand! Why are they talking about reselling cake?
I assume they don't bake all their stuff, and just buy and re-sell things that other companies/bakers make.
Which defeats the purpose of having a bakery. And can be deceptive if they're repackaging.
And my guess is that they're buying $3.99 cookies from the Wal-Mart and reselling them for $29.99 and claiming them to be "homemade, gourmet, fancypants cookies that will change your life!!!!"

I am dying at the insistence that they are "Gods children" immediately followed by telling people to fuck themselves.
This stuck out to me immediately, too.
These people are seriously unhinged. Scary.
I think you apply to be on the show, and then they're scouted and analyzed and all sorts, then Ramsey comes. So, I'm sure they had actually tasted the food, read all the reviews, witnessed the fights. What I don't know is if Ramsey is aware of what the problems are before he walks in.
I'm not even sure what was going on at the beginning. They were yelling at customers, kicking them out and then retaliating against them with what they were making in the kitchen. Now Gordon is there, and is impressed with how clean it is and is listening to their tales about the bloggers making up lies about them.
I'm embarrassed to admit that I just watched all 20 minutes of this and even more embarrassed to admit that I'm sad it was only 20 minutes.
I am only 5 minutes in and my mouth is hanging open
I just got to the part where the guy who was waiting 90 minutes for his pizza walked out and they were all, "Call the police! You didn't pay!" And he's like standing there with his mouth hanging open, because he never got his food.
What is the purpose of this show? Why would they want to be on it?
at the beginning she said she thought he was going to be telling her customers that her food was good... So, they thought he'd come and tell them they were right and the people in AZ sucked.

OMG WTF is wrong with these people??? How is their restaurant even still open?
I love how they're complaining about losing business because of people's "lies" in reviews, but then they're shouting at people and telling them to get out. So, do you need the business or not?
Wait... how does a restaurant even get on to "Kitchen Nightmares"? Do they have to be nominated? Can they request that Ramsey come to their venue? I don't get how this whole thing started but those folks are seriously whack-a-doodle.
Can I request Gordon Ramsey come to my kitchen... uh, jam producing facility?
OK, I had to laugh at the former server mentioning raw salmon getting sent back.
When we were on our recent trip we were served seared rare salmon. I have no personal issue with that. I eat it (and a whole ton of other seafood) raw. But, I've never been served a whole slab of salmon like that, and it wasn't listed as rare on the menu.
So, I sat there, debating with myself what I should do. If it's not intended to be rare, is it safe? (it wouldn't be at Amy's delusional "restaurant") Or maybe it's supposed to be that way and is awesome and I look like a moron asking if they can cook it.
I ended up asking the server if it was intended to be rare. It was. I ate. Yum. /tangent
