The court ordered her to pay $36,294.95 in restitution. Ms. Bossingham plead guilty to submitting an application for a line of credit with M & I Bank using the social security number of another person. The Bank approved the line of credit in the amount of $15,000.
On June 15, 2004, the Court sentenced her to fourteen months prison. (she appealed, but eventually lost, reported to prison in Oct, 7, 2008)
man, seems like a court should impose the penalty of not being allowed to own a business where people have to give you their SSN for payroll. Especially if you are a business that goes through 100 staff a year - that's a new chance for ID theft every 3 1/2 days!
Obviously our Facebook, YELP, Twitter and Website have been hacked. We are working with the local authorities as well as the FBI computer crimes unit to ensure this does not happen again. We did not post those horrible things. Thank You Amy &Samy

Uh sure. 'Cause you were all nice and polite to people on tv, so it's obvious that the name calling and yelling and such on FB, Yelp, & Twitter had to be someone else pretending to be you!

I watched that episode of Kitchen Nightmare's. I know that a lot of this stuff is staged but I really think this woman is just nuts and her husband enables her. It's an episode worth watching.
I'm so confused but I want to understand! Why are they talking about reselling cake?
I assume they don't bake all their stuff, and just buy and re-sell things that other companies/bakers make.
Which defeats the purpose of having a bakery. And can be deceptive if they're repackaging.
Ramsay's main complaint wasn't about the baked goods (the episode didn't really touch on that), it was the other foods. The menu had items listed as homemade/housemade, but the raviolis and other items were frozen and reheated. And their prices ($16 for ravioli!) were ridiculous.

So who's going to post that link on their FB page?
LOL so she doesn't even make the cakes (I am not surprised). Basically she has a restaurant where you can buy reheated food that the chef didn't really make but is charging you high prices for anyways.
Lol at this response to a yelp review. Eat at olive garden. Meow!
I was sure you would "find" your way to YELP after leaving. Perhaps next time you should all order your own entrée if one is not large enough to share. Perhaps you were hot because you were dressed like it was winter outside. The restaurant was 75 degrees. I apologize that you did not enjoy your experience, and the meal did not come with all you can eat bread. Perhaps in the future a better bet for you would be the Olive Garden. I hear they have all you can eat bread sticks and salad....MEOW

They claim that because they pay their servers between $8 and $14 an hour, they're allowed to take the tips.
