To what degree does the men's intent here determine if it was rape? If JS and buddy concocted this scheme to trick the girl into sleeping with the buddy, that's clearly not okay. But what if JS gave her the key intending to have sex with her, but passed out in the bathroom and buddy thought the girl was there to see him?

If this was accidental versus intentional, does that matter?

I was just about to post this because I was trying to figure out if there was more to the story.  I am a little skeptical since I can't imagine giving an interview where you joke about rape to a women's magazine.  But yes, this puts it in the clearly rape category.

Full House is actually really popular again with the tweens. Both my 9 year old niece and 12 year old niece (different families) love it. I think it's on ABC Family.

His named changed to make him more "authenitcally Greek".
