I still think fracking is the devil, but not for the water, but earthquakes. Yes, it is likely conspiracy theory but that ismy take, though hearing it is not worrisome will be welcome.

You don't need a Union if your HR Department is worth a shit and will stand up to mangers. We report to the general counsel, so we can tell the manufacturing management to kiss our asses. I am also a protected class , doesn't matter I am in a right to work state #wishamofowouldfuckwithme.

Oh, I thought of another one--I'm fine with religion being able to "define and own marriage" as a religious thing, if it happens in connection with all rights/benefits/recognition/etc of marriage by the government being revoked. It would suck big 'ol hairy donkey balls for the military/diplomats and SaHPs (especially the oldz that can't go back to work now) and they'd have to define some global rule fairly dividing tax deductions for kids. But overall, it would be a huge freaking boon to the Fed Budget. And it would be a boon for the legal industry since every adult that didn't want their parents as their legal first of kin would have to do some legal filings.
Oh, and I hate the Williams sisters as tennis players (I will admit they've grown on me some as celebrities).
This doesn't make sense. It's like saying burritos from a local Mexican restaurant in SoCal are better than Taco Bell "Mexican." They're not even comparable! Sometimes I want INGREDIENTS. I JUST DO.
I'm not pro-Common Core, but I do think there should be a nationalized set of education standards. I just think the people who devise them should know what the fuck they're doing, which does not appear to be the case.
I'm pro-union, but think the 21st century version of unions are a pretty poor excuse for unions. Be better, guys. Be better.
I'm conservative on immigration. I'm pro-learn-english.
I'm anti-cultural-relativism.
Pro death penalty.
I don't think everyone should go to college. Really, I think fewer people should. But I think it should be free, so maybe I get to keep my liberal card.
I don't think there should be a category for "hate crimes." I think that's too much in the vein of the thought police.
I think abortion should be legal, but I don't think it's devoid of moral implication.
And the reason you should talk to your kids about open carry is because even though it is legal (in TX), it is the manifestation of an increasingly radical, dangerous, and ideological view about the 2nd Amendment and one's role as "citizen." People who support open carry need to take a big deep breath and examine what tyranny they think they need to protect themselves from in the Kroger bread aisle and whether the tyranny that truly threatens our freedom these days is something that can be shot. I'd imagine you'd talk to your kids about open carry for the same reason you'd talk to them about anything that you think is important to their understanding of the world they live in and their role and responsibility to their larger community. Right. Immigration. I am certain that my views have been more fully formed in the last year, but I'm not sure I am part of the groupthink on that. I guess maybe I'm not even sure if there is a consensus about immigration on this board.

Foreign policy/military intervention/defense spending. I feel like I should have been alive in the 1940s, except being a woman then would've been even worse.
I also like me, which is definitely not aligned with CEP groupthink.

I'm not sure either. It seems divided to me but there could be one side that is a vocal minority. Not to mention there could be a lot of differences in opinion within various immigration-related issues.
I thought of another: Mormons. I agree that they're crazy, but my view from the atheist side of the fence is that they're no crazier than any other religion. As with any denomination, levels of insanity vary wildly from one ward/community to another--some are ridiculous and cruelly clannish. Others are extremely open and giving toward everyone, whether in the church or not. My experience (which is not insignificant, having grown up in a largely-Mormon community) has been with far more of the latter than the former.
They are so much fucking crazier. So much. But they are nice. I'll give you that. And clean and good looking.

I think guns should be illegal to the same degree as in Japan. Hunting only and oversight on guns and ammo if you are hunting.
No restrictions on abortion. I simply can't believe people would reach month 8 and just for funsies change their minds so that's a red herring. I don't agree with "viability" as the line because that does not equate to qol
I think those who open carry in target or Kroger (and probably concealed carry) likely have a mental health/cognitive issue to be that paranoid and to think the gun will create safety.
I don't particularly care about having a deficit
I'm really anti woo
Gmos are fine by me. Not because I'm pro "chemical" but because it's actually safer than other generic alteration like cross breeding or xray mods (how we get "natural" grains like triticale)
