There are several more Hamilton covers by them on YouTube. I clicked and am currently listening to "It's Quiet Uptown." They are from the Curie High School. The group is their vocal ensemble Musicality.
Sometimes reading the comments is a good thing, right?

Welp. I know what I am doing tomorrow when I am supposed to be cleaning. Ha.

I like this one. HS is so much cooler now than when I was in it.... lol
I usually find it easier to purchase club tickets for the season which gives first dibs on next-season tickets (for the number of seats you have and then presales for open seating later.) For something like this it might be worth it. I'm going to talk to my husband about doing that for this year since Hamilton is coming to Seattle next year.

Yeah, they have an extended run here. Group tickets went on sale (and sold out almost immediately) in January.
You can buy season tickets and be assured of getting Hamilton tickets, but they're around $300 a pop and there is zero chance I can convince H we need to buy some, unfortunately.

Wowsers. Prices like that are why we didn't take the girls to see Taylor Swift. lol.
Today was the first day season ticket holders at our theater to upgrade seats. The Hamilton effect is already apparent (it's coming next season), because there was nowhere to upgrade to. There were very, very few available seats at all.

Fuuuuuuuuck.
My day to upgrade is days away. ;( I wonder how the "buy extra tickets" will work with Hamilton. I sense a visit to stubhub in my future.

I've already asked about this. You can only buy as many extra tickets for Hamilton as you have season tickets. Also, those tickets can be anywhere within the first eight weeks of the shows run. The gal when I spoke with her seemed pretty confident that season ticket holder's would be able to buy extra seats.

Yeah, I think there would be massive revolt if season ticket holders can't buy any extra seats, as it's the perk most frequently flaunted by their marketing department.

Good luck, friend. All of my options to "upgrade" were either in rows behind me, or in the same row but orchestra center instead of orchestra center right for an extra 350 per seat. $1050 to move 2 seats and 1 aisle over?!? Go home Pantages, you're drunk!
But if every season ticket holder wanted to buy an additional ticket, will there be enough seats??? sewpinkgal @starlily
Yes, I think so, because season ticket holders get first dibs to buy extra tickets before any tickets go on sale to the public. Keep an eye out in your email for your presale window!

Ooo - I hope those are left for me. Lol My upgrade day is Thursday!! I totally threw away my shot (of reasonably priced tickets).
