Legal is based in corporate offices, so I'm hoping they've been consulted.
We have discrimination documentation that we are required to read and we have to sign paperwork acknowledging that we've read it. This happens twice a year. We had actual formal discrimination training in January, I believe. Maybe December.
HR number 2 has returned with the office security guard.
I assume to escort DC out of the office? Right? Please?

I wouldn't be surprised if he was just given a written warning and mandatory training.
I bet this is what happens. HR is there to protect the company, not as much the employees. It sounds terrible but it's the truth, especially with larger corporations.
I feel like firing him would be best for the company. People like him don't change. They just learn to hide it better while still discriminating.

I agree, if they have to sign forms about discrimination 2x/yr (as OP stated) then I see no reason for him to get out of it because "he didn't have proper training".
