I have the Natural Love palette. I really like it, but I have a lot of the colors from other palettes. If you have a lot of others, there's nothing in here that you probably don't already own; but I will admit I like having it all together.

I don't have the Becca, but it does look pretty! (I have a purple one from Nyx I rarely use because I don't think the purple looks terrific in person in real life, I feel bruised).


I think you can safely skip!

I returned the Becca Amethyst. I'm pretty pale and it didn't show up on me at all no matter how much I applied. I would suggest going into a store and having them put it on you to try it out.

I just bought the Natural Love palette.  I couldn't resist even though I'm supposed to be on a no buy myself.  Clearly I'm not help!

Not makeup...but my hairdresser decided to have some fun with my hair today - one side didn't hold up well after a bit of light rain, but it really looked lovely when I left the salon.  And I was able to wear some mineral makeup just to cover some of the redness (after putting on tons of moisturiser - non-Asian sort).  It emphasised some of my wrinkles but I don't care. And excuse the bags, Barney has woken me up at 5am the past three mornings just for attention (darn dog).

I have Becca Amethyst and it's so pretty. I like subtle highlight, so I'm ok that it's not "BAM! in your face!" shiny. It tends to be more pinky on me, than actual purple. Also ok with that.

UD's vice liquid comfort matte lipsticks are amazing. They really are the most comfortable liquid lipstick I've worn. No dried out lips towards the end of the day is an awesome bonus.

I bought Natural Love during the sale and have worn it everyday since. I can definitively say it's my best palette purchase ever. I have a lot of palettes too but I just really love this one. It is perfect for everyday but it has variety too. It has taupe, rosey, rusty, plummy, bronzey, and nudey shades. Most of my palettes have a lot of color and I always go for the few more natural shades in each so I'm so glad I picked this up. Highly recommend.

I tried the DryBar Bay Breeze shot from Sephora. AMAZING. I saw people complaining about it, but I thought it was excellent.

So I heard Tati talking yesterday about how Too Faced created two versions of the Nikki palette, one for influencers and one for the commoners. Do you think that's true? She's not going to cover them in her channel anymore, which makes me sad, because I like Too Faced. But their products have been very hit or miss for me lately.

I think there's some truth to it. There's a few smaller youtubers I watch who have said kind of the same thing in the past. Also I've noticed that some palettes of theirs have good and bad versions. I think it was the Bon Bons maybe but I have that palette and mine is great but I've seen swatches online that don't look nearly as good. Also I see reviews all the time where people claim the shadows don't last on them etc but I've never had that problem. I kind of wonder if different regions get different quality. Idk I'm not boycotting the brand or anything but I'm kind of turned off from any of their new releases.

I've been interested in trying this. How is the smell? I've tried a couple Dry Bar product samples, but I've found they all have a lingering scent that bugs me.

Don't quote me on it -- she may have gently said "drama" and the comments made me think she said it! But she did say she will not be using Too Faced in her videos in the future because of it.

Didn't bother me at all. I'm typically sensitive to scents. Smells like nothing today.

Does anyone use any Trish McEvoy products? I'm going to a party thing tonight and there will be Trish McEvoy makeup artists there to do all our makeup.

I've never used anything from them. I don't know if we'll be expected to purchase anything, but I thought I should be prepared just in case :-)
