My online account has been messed up for awhile. It keeps saying my password isn't correct, so I reset it, and then it tells me it's not correct. I can get in if I use their generic time sensitive password, but once I change it, I'm back to having the same issues.

I'm curious to see what the new levels are as well.

The talk about them maybe getting rid of the 2000 point level is making me nervous! When is the new program supposed to start? I have 2000 points to spend, I'm just hoping to get a 20% off coupon first.

I didn't see this, I wonder if they are keeping platinum at 1.25x and diamond at 1.5x. I'm more excited for then to release all the details than I am for the ball to drop.

I had a similar problem and finally fixed it today. Best thing to do is call. I was not having any luck with the online support.

Yeah. I stock up during major point promos and I've been able to get 2000 with under $400 in spending multiple times. Then I cash in my points with a 20% off coupon, so about $145 free on every $375 spent. I can't imagine they are making any money off me.

I just placed an Ulta order to maintain my Platinum status. Nothing like waiting until the last minute.

I justified it because I stacked 5x UD points with the regular 5x bonus. 361 points for $50 spend.

Damn. That’s quite a jump, 450 to 1200. Won’t be making that I don’t think. And the benefits aren’t that fabulous to justify that level of spending IMO. I figured it would be closer and would be worth it for the lower threshold for free shipping. But no thanks.

Holy  hell. Yep, I won't be getting near that any time soon. Even if I only purchase from Ulta, I didn't spend that much last year at all and I'm trying to spend even less in 2018.
