Ugh! Of course. The 11th circuit came down hard on her when they overturned her ruling. So hopefully this is an easy recusal or challenge.

Anyone know what happens if he can't find a lawyer to represent him (I know it's unlikely, I'm just curious)? Aren't public defenders appointed only if you're unable to afford an attorney?

Also he told his aide to move the docs so his own lawyer couldn’t find them.

I don’t understand why networks are sticking with in-studio talking heads. I want to see some Rs on Capitol Hill pressed for answers. Are they at home this week or something? (Even if they are they can still be found and a mic pushed into their faces.

I read all of it. It's an easy read recommend reading it when you get a chance.

The obstruction part is crazy. He hid like 30 boxes of documents from his own lawyers in his residence. That's what the FBI found in August. The rest of the boxes had been examined by the lawyer for classified stuff and some stuff had been returned.

I cannot wrap my brain around those pictures. I’m not surprised, but yet…this seems outrageously absurd even for Trump!

And yet, I am horrified to think about how some people will still attempt to twist this around and/or equate it to the documents that Biden and Pence had. Or Hunter’s laptop. Hillary’s emails, etc. There is just nothing that I can think of that is comparable to this level of crime against the United States.

It’ll be interesting to see what he does from here. Will his campaign manager stay on? How will they defend him? Even “innocent until proven guilty” is hard to say when there are literal tapes of him admitting to it!

What an embarrassment for our entire country.

And yes, I want interviews with ALL of the GOP members who so boldly supported him.
