A few weeks ago, but a judge rules that Trump lawyer has to testify against him regarding classified docs...indicating there is significant evidence that the lawyer was involved in criminal activity

The Justice Department made the request on the basis of the crime-fraud exception, sources said, which allows for claims of attorney-client privilege to be pierced in cases where it is suspected that a lawyer's legal services were rendered in the commission of a crime.

the suspense is killing me! the only thing I'm a little concerned about is that they have a grand jury here in Miami, that one of trump's people went to testify in front of today, presumably about the mar-a-lago docs. I may be jaded, but trump is still very very popular here. It wouldn't surprise me if the jury pool is more sympathetic towards him than people think. I'm hoping it's just my paranoia.

If he’s found guilty of violating the Espionage Act, that means he can’t run for President, correct? I wonder what the timing of that would be, and if it would be wrapped up before the election.

I feel like he will appeal any decision that finds him guilty. Not sure how that would factor in. I don’t see it being wrapped up before the primaries start.

It could get very messy.

How do you even come close to getting an impartial jury on this case?! Anywhere in the country… What a nightmare.

The very fact that it's a possibility should mean he has no chance of winning. That he has a strong chance is just so deranged.
