From what I read previously it sounds like he'll just get probation or house arrest? How is that justice?
I wouldn’t be surprised by this since these are his first felonies, and he’s a white man who committed white collar crime. There’s the whole unprecedented issue of him being a former president and the crime being related to the election.
Let’s hope it keeps him off the campaign trail. He’ll just whine about being persecuted. Guess he’ll have an excuse not to debate Biden.
Technically he’s a Florida resident so I googled this (and fraud is included on moral turpitude):
Can felons vote in Florida? If you are convicted of a felony not of moral turpitude, you lose your right to vote, until the following conditions are met: You have completed your sentence, including probation, parole.

Can he pretty pretty please just spend 1 single day in jail??? I know it's not logical & would be a security nightmare for secret service, but I think it would be worth it.

If Trump were smart (hahahahahahaha, I know) he'd shut his damn mouth until his sentencing. Do I think he'll see the inside of a jail cell? No. But, it's still at the judge's discretion and they do take the actions of the defendant during the court proceedings into consideration. Considering he's already been found to be in multiples violations of his gag order, has taken ZERO responsibility, shows no remorse, cries about how unfair all of this is after every court appearance (directly blaming the judge), let's hope Merchan is tired of his shit and gives him something more than probation.
Let's force him to be on house arrest with no access to the internet, no "press" conferences from Mar-a-lago, no way to rally the troops, etc. We just want him to disappear into nothing and live out his miserable life.
Or, he can stroke out from the stress. That would be ok, too.
