Any blush recommendations? I used urban decay for YEARS and you can hardly find it and not the color I used.
I tried tarte again, but the blush itself is hard as a rock. I don't know if Ulta just sent me a bad one? I can barely get it out of the pan with my finger, let alone a brush.
I prefer something from ulta. I'm not loyal to one brand.
Not Ulta (I get it, I prefer them, too!), but I reach for my blushes from The Balm most often. They're pigmented and blend beautifully.

No official ban, but teachers at my son’s middle school don’t allow students to have them in class. They need to be in a locker or turned in to the teacher before class starts.
They’re allowed to have them at lunch, but my son and his friends don’t take them. They all agreed not to because they wanted to spend time together.

You really don’t need to plan anything with Universal.
Hagrid’s is amazing but incredibly unreliable. We rope dropped it three different mornings and only got on once. It’s been requiring a lot of maintenance resulting in it being closed more than it was open during our trip.
Lanyards make managing your park ticket and hotel key easy for park hopping and rides. Pack light- most tides require you to put your stuff in a locker.
I went to WDW for the Wine and Dine Two Course Challenge. Friday was travel day. Saturday- 10k, with a PR Sunday- 13.1 with mild regret. I stopped for 6 or 7 character photos and it hit me around mile 12.5 that I could have had a MAJOR PR if I hadn't stopped. I hadn't planned on having as strong of a day as I did. Oh well! I had a great time.
All of you with plain white, non-Corelle dishes...are your plates and bowls all scraped from forks and knives. I had a pfaltzgraff set from our wedding in 2005, but got tired of the pattern. Three or four years ago I bought a plain white set from WalMart and now they have gray scratch marks all over them from silverware scraping against them. Is this just what white dishes do? Our old ones weren't like that.

We have Fiesta. They are heavy, but they hold up well. We've never had anything chip or break from daily use/wear and tear. We've lost a few pieces over the years from being dropped on hard concrete outdoors, but it's otherwise pretty durable.
The weight was never an issue for us with our son, but we have a variety of dish sizes and would choose smaller bowls for him than us.
They don't like it because they don't understand the method, so they dismiss it as a waste of time and stupid. Which is exactly why it's beneficial to teach kids various methods. Chances are, they'll understand at least one of them, use it effectively, and not dismiss math as being a waste of time and stupid.
It's why I have my own fridge in my office. I got tired of my food disappearing.
There was one day where I left a drink in my fridge. I opened my fridge the next day and it was gone but I'm sort of scatterbrained and thought maybe I hadn't left it there after all. Came in the next day to two drinks in my fridge and my favorite candy bar. The night custodian sheepishly admitted to needing a caffeine fix and snagging my soda, then replacing it with two plus candy the next evening to pay me back. Wasn't even mad about that one!
I wish I had had those strategies as a kid. I struggled in math, and it was because the focus was on rote memorization of math facts. Teaching number sense and different strategies is just good practice. It's been pretty awesome seeing the impact it's had on my son and how freakishly fast he can solve complex math problems in his head because he knows how to break the numbers down.
Bitmoji teacher stickers are a hit at our middle school. Several teachers hand them out, so it becomes a collector's item among the kids. "You got Mrs. B!? I've never even SEEN that one!"
Please tell me how to turn your bitmoji into a sticker?? That would be awesome at school!!
I'm pretty sure they just print out a bunch on a sheet of sticker paper and then cut them up.

We use Lyft. Our time is more valuable to us than the free transportation. ME can be hit or miss. I've had trips where we walk right on a bus and it departs moments later and we're the first hotel stop... and I've had experiences where it took 2.5 hours door to door.
Orlando is supposed to be one of the cities where Uber Car Seat is available, but I don't have experience with it.

A Boy Called Bat by Elena K Arnold. The main character is a boy on the spectrum, and the book does a great job explaining his feelings without making the story all about the fact that he has autism.

You can still make them, but you may not get the luggage tags. If that's the case, you'll have to retrieve your own bags from baggage claim to take to the bus.
If anyone is looking for a good shaving cream, I really like EOS. It's not in an aerosol can, and it feels more like I'm rubbing lotion on my legs and not foam. Love it.
I loved EOS. It was my go to. It was the only thing I'd buy for years.
But Target was sold out one day and I was desperate, so I picked up a tube of Cremo.

Thanks to the long time lurker who sent the book "The Night Santa Got Lost." We live in an area with a high military population, so they love when we talk about NORAD.

I will probably purchase these. I'm doing the Wine and Dine half marathon weekend and had planned to skip the parks because the ticket prices were hard to justify for a half day. This is a more reasonable option.

Amazon just delivered a stack of boxes and I am so grateful. We were impacted heavily by some recent events, and morale has been low. I love my job, and your kindness has been much needed and so very appreciated. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Ugh, me. I need POT for a runDisney race and I waited until the last minute to find a 10k. Of course tomorrow is going to be horrible. The heat index will be around 90 at the start. I'm going to take it easy and figure if I wind up in the last corral for Disney, so be it.
