I think that's a reasonable list. My own is 11 and I have the same guidelines for him whether I'm home or not, although I don't have the stipulation about them needing to be done before electronics. I told him that until he gives me a reason not to, I will trust him to manage his time.

We liked Tybee Island when we went for spring break. It's very laid back. We had pizza at Huck-a-poos and went to The Crab Shack.
Savannah was a day trip for us. We toured the Juliette Gordon Low house. My husband and son enjoyed the historical aspect of it even though they don't have particular interest in the Girl Scouts
We also went to Forsyth Park and visited the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist. We ate lunch at Moon River Brewing.

I love them. They don't bounce or hurt my head, so it's a win.
But they don't do well in the rain. I wore one pair to my son's baseball game and it rained briefly. It left speckles on my lenses where it took off the coating. Customer service is sending me a new pair of lenses. Wore my other pair to a game tonight, and same situation- it rained a bit and they're ruined.

We surprised our kiddo the morning of once. His reaction was completely lackluster. "We're going to Disney World today!" "Okay." "Right now." "Okay." "Get your shoes! We're leaving right now." "Okay."
He was excited in the car once he processed it all, but the initial reaction was pretty much a non-reaction. He was more excited when we surprised him when we went to pick out a puppy.

6:20- Alarm goes off. Contemplate getting up. Decide to sacrifice wearing makeup for a few more minutes of sleep. 6:28- Snooze goes off again. Sleep vs breakfast. Sleep wins. 6:40- Out of bed because I have to. Shower, get dressed, dry hair (mostly, because I snoozed too long to dry it all the way) brush teeth. 7:15- Heading out the door for work. Say bye to husband and kid. Traffic thanks to school zone. Vow to get up on time tomorrow. 7:25- Arrive at work. Get shit done before kids arrive. 8:30-3:30- Doing my library job, trying not to lose my mind. 3:30- 4:00- Getting all the shit done I tried to accomplish during the day but couldn't because I got interrupted. 4:00- 4:30- Chat with coworkers. Vow to leave earlier tomorrow. 4:30- Leave school. Drive home. 4:40- Arrive at home. Greet kid. Change clothes. 4:40-5:20- Three mile run + cool down walk. 5:20- Shower. 5:35- Nag kid to get ready for sport practice. Need to leave in 10 minutes. Husband arrives home. 6:00-7:30- At the ballfield. 7:40- Dinner at home. Waste time on internet. 9:00- Still wasting time on internet. Should go to bed soon to avoid the snooze button tomorrow. Must avoid school zone traffic. Send kid to bed. 9:40- Omg, why am I still up and not doing anything productive? Wait. Kid doesn't have clean shorts for tomorrow. Start load of laundry. 10:00- Going to bed. For real. Blankets so warm and cozy. Should have done this an hour ago. 10:10- Crap. Forgot to put clothes in dryer. Change out clothes. 10:12- Watch something on Netflix. Fall asleep around 11.
The kid is pretty independent. Husband does the cooking.

Everything you're describing sounds appropriate still, even dropping words and tantrums. I feel like the tantrums for us really started to intensify when he did start picking up words but didn't yet have the ability to communicate more. That's motivation for them to keep working at it
The eval and sessions are play-based. Reinforce at home by insisting some sort of verbalization for what he wants. My son at age two wanted milk and wouldn't verbalize it. He tried handing me his cup and even resorted to putting his hands in my back pockets and steering me to the fridge. No sign, no sound, no milk.
If receptive is good and the social interaction (eye contact, pointing, ect) is, too, then it may be a matter of waiting a few months to see what happens.

I finished:
Twelve Patients: Life and Death at Bellevue Hospital. I gave it three stars. Where the Crawdads Sing. Five stars. Daughter of Moloka'i: Four stars. Liked it, but not as much as the first.
I feel like I could have written a lot of that, right down to considering Columbus in October. I've been focusing on just being strong and healthy, but I'm not sure if that's enough. I've also thought about joining local MRTT/SRTT meetups, but it intimidates me.
I have nothing to add but good luck with whatever you decide. <3
I tried a bunch of different types of earbuds but they all fell out. I wound up splurging on Aftershokz Trekz Air bone conduction headphones, and I love them. No bounce, and I can hear what's happening around me.
At the gym, it's either in my pocket or I carry it. When I run outdoors, I tuck it into a running belt.
Slow month for me. Work has been very busy. I read and enjoyed: American Wife by Curtis Sittenfeld The Girls at 17 Swann Street by Yara Zgheib Victoria by Daisy Goodwin The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid The Devil in the White City: Murder, Magic, and Madness at the Fair That Changed America by Erik Larson
Read but hated: A Place For Us by Fatima Farheen Mirza. I hated it but finished it for a book club I'm in. This book was another reason why I didn't finish as many this month as typically do. It took me so long to drag myself through it.

I'm peeking back in after a two year running hiatus. Yowch. Surprisingly, it's been easy to pick back up. I've put a lot more emphasis on strength and feel pretty good.

Tagging on: Is there a specific wagon any of you care to recommend? I'd like to stick with a wagon over a beach cart because it will live in our camper and won't always be used just for the beach. I want wheels that will work on the sand, though.
