I've had problems with spanx rolling down. I actually loved the shape ny cacque (lane bryant) shapewear panties. It fits my hourglass figure and compresses the stomach and holds in the sides well. Giving me a nice shape. It is sturdy and thick, but I wear with all skirts nicely.

Going to a bachelorette party and must wear a black dress. I wear size 20 Lane Bryant jeans, but size 14 tops there and on Eloquii (the limited). Dress sizes range from 16-20 at both of those places.
Looking for some new online stores to order from. Found a couple of cute ones, but was wondering what places you shop at. Have you shopped at igigi or kiyonna? Experience?

I am not too concerned with giving up too much... the cravings will suck, but they suck with all "diets".. junk is so addictive!
It's more or less trying to figure out what is OK and what isn't. I know it will be a lot of googling until I have more knowledge. For instance, wasn't sure if hummus is OK.

I am looking into going primal. When I lost my most weight (down 75lbs so far) and felt the best was when I was mostly primal (plus dairy) by accident.
Besides Mark's Daily Apple, have any blog recommendations?

Thank you for the resources.
I consume lots of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as reduced fat dairy (greek yogurt, cottage cheese, string cheese). The processed food mostly comes from some snacks (chips), lunch meat, canned soup, sauces and tomatoes. I will work on reducing the sodium, I just needed an idea of how important it was as other changes are still difficult to make and I know this is a process, I can't just drop it all at once or I will give up.

I changed my OP to just straight up ask what I want to know, instead of the song & dance I was giving. Sorry, long day at work and thinking is hard right now.

I haven't been following your story, but just some random thoughts. Your tax refund seems HUGE, do you need to reconsider how much you are withholding?
Also, I have no kids, So I may not "get it", but couldn't DD get student loans/grants for college and pay her own way?

That's what I am thinking dutch. I am reading into how to segregate tje cloud stuff from the itunes. I've paid for games that my husband plays on my phone/ipad and now wants on his new phone and I hate to pay for them again, considering I don't use them.

My favorite doggy groupon place has rabbit ears on sale. I got the same "brand" of rabbit feet last week and my dogs LOVED them. I highly suggest getting these treats. They are dehydrated, locally raised rabbits, with no chemicals used. If you use my link to buy, you get $5 off and I get $5 on a future order... Sharing is caring?
I live in rural Wisconsin, so a meal averages $15 per person and maybe an additional $5-10 for drinks. If we are trying to be conservative, a meal will be about $40 to 50. My goal is to only go out once a week, so it would be probably $200 a month budget, but I am not sure if we are being too excessive. We have the money for more, but I am trying to save more, because at one point we were eating out 3 times a week, plus deliver 1-2 and picking up food once. That adds up SO quickly.
I guess I am just trying to figure out what is reasonable.
Well, I don't think $15 a person is reasonable in rural Wisconsin. Where the heck are you eating? Does this include appetizer or dessert or something? I don't think $40 sounds "conservative" for casual dining in rural Wisconsin.
With that said, if you can afford it it doesn't matter. If you're not reaching other goals because of it, I think you can be more conservative or pick somewhere else to eat that isn't averaging $15 a person before drinks.
Our budget varies. So far this month we've only spent about $35 on eating out but I think that's a record. Usually I'd estimate it is more like $200 but depending on what's going on might be more or might be less. We probably average one meal out per week (around $30 at a casual dining place) and one takeout or lunch out per week. Some weeks nothing at all, some weeks we have several things going on or we go out of town and have all our meals out.
Sorry for the delay in response, ridiculous week at work. I live in a college town. It is rural to me, since I grew-up in Milwaukee area and now in the Appleton area. So, while Appleton natives would consider themselves as a city, I think it is rural, so maybe my definition is wrong. $15 means a $8-9 plate of food, $3 drink and tip. I can easily get a fish (not fried) or steak dish for $13-17. $8-9 food is usually sandwich and fries or a salad. Maybe since I live in a college town (Oshkosh), things are a bit more expensive, relatively speaking.
I understand your point. Like everything else in life, its all about self-control and how bad you want it.

I go to an Aveda salon in a LCOL area. My cut and color (highlights and more) is $110. I love the head massage during the wash and the hand massage after. I love how my hair is colored and the cut is good enough. I have long hair, and I have yet to find someone who cuts long hair well, so I stick with my dresser because she does a great color job.
Free coffee, tea, wine and so on. Plenty of times I have left with a buzz because of so many glasses of wine. But I live in Wisconsin, and we drink.. a lot.

I have only been to a supper club once since we don't have them here. It was in rural KS. They closed at 8 on a Saturday.
People in WI like to drink. They don't close at 8.
This times 100. I am born and raised in Wisconsin. We are talking 2-3 drinks before dinner. Then 2 drinks during dinner and probably a drink after dinner. Brandy is usually the liquor of choice; otherwise it is beer. There is even more drinking if a Packer game is on.
Supper clubs are usually only open on Friday night, Saturday all-day and Sunday morning brunch. Bloody Mary's are a requirement of brunch. Most supper clubs are located in rural areas, have fire places and deer heads on the walls. The food choices are limited to meat, fish, potatoes, salad bar and soup. If it doesn't have a separate, large bar, it isn't a supper club.

How much do you have set aside for eating out each month?
I know we spent far TOO much last year eating out, ordering in and picking up fast food. We have done better so far this year (19 days, sad, I know), but I am wondering if my eating out budget is too unrealistic for us.

FYI, I used your link, but just haven't made a purchase yet. Trying to stay on my fiscal diet! But I will before end of March when that gift card offer expires.
